I get everything I need in 45 minutes, and I have seen some really great results. The space is small but it's got everything that is needed to get a great workout. The times are convenient, and they have added quite a few sessions to make it work for everybody's schedule. The workouts are challenging, and the trainers give you helpful tips on form so you can stay safe. They are also ready with modifications if an injury or an exercise is too hard for you. I don't find this gym intimidating, and it doesn't have that typical gym atmosphere that can be offputting. The people are nice, the encouragement is great, and they give T-shirts for attendance milestones. Great place, I recommend checking it out!

I made it clear I would need help to ensure I was getting the promo and I would need to know what I was signing up for, he said there are plenty of other gyms if you don't like the way we do things here.
