Let's review: * Immediately refunded my deposit * Continued investigation and found they DID get it ordered * Did not demand a new deposit * Continued tracking the package, even though it seemed to be lost - well beyond the expected Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. * It arrived while I was at work, really didn't have time to fix it. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched. As I now touch my screen to confirm, Device Surgeon got it done. They fought the mail, they put the customer first, and navigated a tricky situation successfully. Next day the protection came off I thought it was that they installed the screen protection incorrectly, so I went back for a refund or a exchange of protection. The guy gave me another one at no extra charge. One day after the screen protection reinstalled is coming off again. Won't really recommend going here to get a screen protection they only carry the fiberglass ones. Poor products. (Notice) I ask the guy if they have the other screen protections, the ones that the stick the entire phone and is not fiberglass. He say they dont carry those.

Not bad I found this guy on Yelp and I gave him a call he came over within an hour looked at my TV…read moreand told me what was wrong with it he picked up my TV I didn't even have to bring it to him I couldn't believe the settlement picked up this huge TV all by himself but he did have someone working with him I had to wait about three weeks for two separate parts to come in I think this is about a 45 inch screen not sure even though the wait was quite a bit he delivered it Set it up and it cost me less than $400 Yes I thought the price was pretty steep Considering I gave him $60 deposit and was told it would run around two $75-$300 And yes it took longer than I expected I could have for another television The warrantee is 90 days. I've had it back for a little over a week and it seems to be doing fine And I can finally catch up with The Walking Dead But now I'm upset because Cole got bit by a walker and I wasn't expecting that and now I'm in tears.
