I waited in the designated area and was greeted by my therapist. I appreciated the assistance on and off the table as a 8.5 month pregnant lady with adjustable tables. The massage was fantastic and I especially enjoyed the time after the massage where they allow you to just rest and relax for a few moments before you get dressed. This is standard practice at any SPA, no matter what part of the world you are in. Doesn't matter if you are at the Ritz, Woldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, or a resort in Europe, Asia, or South America. When you go to a spa, you automatically have access to all the spa's amenities. This includes tubs and saunas. There are no spa amenities here. If you are paying premium prices, you would expect a premium experience. Keep looking because you are not going to get that at Betty's Day Spa. To make matters worse, their customer service is horrendous! One would think that, if there is a medical emergency, they would allow you to at the very least reschedule your services. They do not. Thank goodness I do not live here and can go back to my normal masseuse next week.

Main lobby is a great lounge area with tons of games, books, snacky stuff, full kitchen, stocked fridge. Area: awesome location, near the base of a mountain with a river stream nearby. It's magical. Room: clean, super quiet, new Mexican decor. Also, I think the floor tiles were heated, which is something I didn't think I needed in my life until that moment. Other: I didn't pool or hot tub it given wintery weather but they're there. Also, there's a really old saloon Los Ojos nearby and it's the very definition of dive bar. I felt like I was in the Hateful Eight. Oh, there's the jemez springs which is also great in the winter I'll be back.

When my massage was complete, she said to get dressed. I asked about a shower and she showed me to the shower but I would have had to get undressed again. I was never offered a robe or sandals. The shower room was nice but had no electrical plugs for me to do my hair. All in all, I would prefer going to Betty's Day Spa.
