Fucking terrible bruh , I go in for a full set . One he puts the nails on crooked and shaped them wrong . Every style I wanted they didn't want to do . I ended up leaving and not even fully getting color to my nails because they were that ugly . I'm super disappointed and I honestly want my money back. I paid $45 for some bullshit . I don't even wanna go out and show my hands because they are that bad . Every nail is misshaped, some are longer than others and then I asked for them to get fixed he told me he was going to. Worst salon I've ever went to . I do not recommend for acrylic nails. Don't waste your money . -Des

the acrylic is also on my cuticles

If there was 0 star I would give it to them. Let me tell y'all, It was my first time getting my nails done. I sat with the manager and she made me move to another chair AFTER RUSHING TO PUT THE FAKE NAILS ON. Let me remind you that there was no customer at the place so there was no fuc*ing rush. When I got to the guy. He sat me down and was very rude when i was picking the f***ing nails that I wanted. He was sighing when ever i was picking the color. It is so horrible to sit there and have ur nails beds be f'ed up. he went too close to my nail bed. He was also pushing on my nails pretty hard. My thumb nails are also too short. None of them are the same shape. The nails they put on my were not the right size. LET ME SHOW y'all the finished product.

Leaving a review because Betty's truly my favorite spa in the WORLD / happy place/ special treat…read morewhen I go home and I am shocked by some of the recent negative reviews.... I've been to many spas in NYC, LA, Boston, etc. For me personally, nothing compares to Betty's! The ambiance is welcoming and calming, the prices are reasonable and the team is experienced. I typically get facials and ALWAYS leave feeling over the moon, relaxed and happy. The massage/facial beds are heated and all of products are organic and smell AMAZING so it's kind of like 2 in 1 aromatherapy as you're getting your facial :) They clearly state that the sauna/hot tub is additional on their website, so for the folks griping about that, it's probably best to simply read the info while booking rather than rip them for something that is stated upfront! I never expect to sauna or steam going into a facial service anyways, that just seems like an added perk/not to be expected. I digress.... if you want a perfect self-care day, book at Betty's!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE…read more They no longer offer the ability to soak as a part of your normal services, which is not advertised anywhere on their website. This is standard practice at any SPA, no matter what part of the world you are in. Doesn't matter if you are at the Ritz, Woldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, or a resort in Europe, Asia, or South America. When you go to a spa, you automatically have access to all the spa's amenities. This includes tubs and saunas. There are no spa amenities here. If you are paying premium prices, you would expect a premium experience. Keep looking because you are not going to get that at Betty's Day Spa. To make matters worse, their customer service is horrendous! One would think that, if there is a medical emergency, they would allow you to at the very least reschedule your services. They do not. Thank goodness I do not live here and can go back to my normal masseuse next week.

I loved my experience here. Please take my constructive suggestions as just that. I really wanted…read moreto give five stars. Five stars are within your reach. I enjoyed my 90 minute hot stone massage yesterday and loved my facial that was scheduled today at 11. There are a few quirks that prompt me to leave just four stars. I'm well versed in spa experiences all over the country and hope my comments are helpful. First quirk: Odd two hour limit. If your time enjoying the spa amenities exceeds two hours (either before or after your treatment) you will be charged $30 an hour. I've never seen this rule at any other spa I've been to. Watching the clock does not lend itself to relaxation . Treatments are expensive and this feels like a bit of a money grab. Second quirk- limited hours. This spa is not open on Monday and Tuesday. I found out today the spa doesn't open until 11am on Thursdays (the time of my scheduled appointment). I arrived a little after 10am with a plan to use the hot tub and steam room before my facial. (With that two hour limit in mind). Instead I sat on a step outside. They did open the doors at 10:25. I suggest installing a couple benches outside the entrance. I'm not used to a spa opening so late in the day. I prefer not to use a hot tub or steam after a facial. I like the wonderful products to stay put on my face. Third quirk: It is 2026. Please set up online booking vs the only other option: calling to book services. Please, please, please make this happen! Fourth quirk- consider providing a bowl of apples (or other fruit option) in addition to the complementary Nature Valley bar. Today's bar had 18g carbs 9 g of sugar. Not a healthy choice for people watching their A1C. Note- there are a couple options for purchase and a drink menu available. Loved- the water, coffee, and tea station. Loved- the comfy spa robe and plush towels. Loved- the clean, relaxing, well appointed facilities. Well done! Loved- the entire team is extremely helpful and friendly. A million stars go to Pamela for an amazing hot stone massage and Casie for an incredible facial! These ladies are both gifts to humanity and obviously love what they do. What a memorable, therapeutic, beautiful experience. Thank you both! Loved- Eminence Products are THE best and used for their facials. I appreciated the product recommendations.
