My iPad 11, 3rd generation, would not turn on, and my screen was cracked…read more It took me four attempts to catch them open; they were able to get my iPad back on and replace the screen. It took about two weeks before they had it ready and another three attempts to catch them again open for pickup. The same day, I tried to use my Apple Pencil, but it would not pair. I also noticed the sensitivity on the screen was not functioning correctly. I contacted them to tell them about thisbissue, and all they said was that they not work on that. I took the iPad to Apple, and they told me the screen was not functioning because it was replaced incorrectly, and that's why I was unable to connect the Apple pen and that I would never be able to pair them again. This place charged me $360, and it took three weeks to get it back, just so that the screen wouldn't work correctly. Now I have to buy a new iPad.

I've really been impressed by this place…read more So many of the reviews were so positive I thought perhaps they were scams. Having been there myself now, I'm a believer. I worked with Josh, and he was pleasant from our first interaction on the phone through the end of our transaction. I told him what was wrong with my machine and what it was worth to me to fix it. He gave me a call the next morning to let me know the repair would cost more than a new machine. Fair enough. When I came in to pay him for his time, he asked if I were military, first responder, or a teacher so he could give me a discount. Mighty generous. When I asked if he knew anybody who could recycle my old machine, he explained that this place has a charity where they used old technology to train young people how to build and repair computers for future jobs. Pretty nifty. I also saw him interact with another, older customer (I'd guess in her late 60s). He explained to her how to work her machine in very down-to-earth details, and she was clearly very satisfied. So this place is the real deal. They care about their customers; they explain options; they charge very reasonable and fair rates; they don't give any surprises. I know where I'm going the next time I have any issues with a circuitboard technology.

Josh, the employee that helped us, was with another customer but greeted us and was very polite. When we got up to the counter my husband expressed he thought the problem was with his iPhone's charging port. Josh examined the phone, agreed and took the phone to the back to see what he could do. When he returned to the front with the phone he plugged it up so we could see it was charging efficiently. Now, a couple days later, the iPhone is still preforming and charging much better than it had been. I was impressed with Josh's care, not only with the iPhone, but also with explaining to us the ins and outs.
