Mario DJ'd my wedding in April and the entire experience went smoothly. He is definitely a professional at the top of the game and I highly recommend him for your events (especially wedding!). He asked us thorough questions and took plenty of notes to really capture the ambiance we were trying to achieve that night. His music selection, his friendliness and his demeanor was a complete package. The topper was his ability to actually deliver a buttery-smooth MC style. Often MCs are tripping over their own jokes (handplant to head) or too flustered when the program changes. Mario not only kept the ambience buzzing but he was able to twist and turn professionally when unexpected changes occurred. The words that flowed out of his mouth were tasteful, cool and collected....not ones that make you cringe or raise an eyebrow. At one point, the bride had a technical malfunction with lighting up her dress (so awesome right!). Mario left his DJ post to immediately assist the bride with wires/tools, extremely fixated on wanting this dress to light up as it was meant to be! Back in March, I got married. It was loud. Very loud. That's because I asked Mario if he can bring the bass. He brought the bass. Or more accurately, he brought the earth shattering rumble of EDC's main stage, Kinetic Field. Mario consulted with us before our PLURfect wedding was to happen. He was super into what our vision was and gave very helpful input as to how to smoothly transition from one thing to another. After an extensive chat on how to bring the noise, we knew we had chosen the right DJ for our wedding. Mario was probably the best DJ you could ask for in a wedding. He's very open to the type of music you want and even helped me mix two songs together for the garter toss! Even during your wedding day, he is still super helpful, accepting of any last minute changes or reminders, and can definitely get a crowd on their feet. Many of my family and friends were on the dance floor, and that says a lot considering most weddings I go to there are sometimes not as much people dancing.
