Yes! We can take requests and read the crowd to keep everyone entertained while they are on the dance floor.

Do you offer Vietnamese/English MC?

Our DJs only speak English and Spanish/English at this time. We are happy to work with a family member or friend to translate any basic announcements through the event.

They did not show up to our annual event hosting 500+ families in the bay area. The league was a…read morereturning customer to them. Reservation was booked a month in advance. Did not pick up our phone calls the day of the scheduled arrival on a business day when they did not show up. Follow up conversation after the event was that we did not pay the deposit. We relooked at the contract, emails and their online policies, no mention of a deposit was required, asking for a credit card number or mention of collecting payment, we would have happily complied if that was asked of us. In fact, in their FAQ section there is a statement that a deposit was not required of rental reservations. In hindsight, we should have known when we reached out a week in advance to confirm and they did not reach out back to us. Luckily, we were saved by a DJ vendor we had hire annually for this annual event that had extra equipment to help us out. Truly disappointing and stressful to our group figuring out a no-show the night before our event.

What's more, we were left high and dry by another company on Friday afternoon and needed everything set up the following Monday morning. Daniel was incredibly responsive, and provided detailed and reasonable pricing. We were able to fine tune the details and he promised his staff would be there to set up first thing Monday morning. Luke and Yavik completed the setup efficiently and took feedback about placement of cameras and microphones. As a result remote viewers had a perfect bird's eye view of the proceedings. The last day, they packed up the equipment efficiently and left the courtroom spotless. Corporate AV was outstanding. I was very surprised and very upset to receive such a call since I paid the invoice back in January over the phone and received my credit card receipt and "paid" stamped invoice within two days. I would suggest anyone who uses this company to verify that your invoices are closed once you have made payment. Collection agency phone calls are not enjoyable especially so when they are not deserved.

Guy, the guy behind The Audio Guy, is reliable, helpful and knowledgeable. He came to the center to look at the sound system to ensure the microphones would connect well. It turned out I have a closed systemm and had to get an additional set of speakers along with the michrophones. I would have not learned that if he had not taken the time to understand my needs for the event. He was timely, reliable, solid setting it all up, training me on the basics and picking up the equipment on a timely manner. The microphones and the speakers worked well and all 115 people were able to engage. I had a great experience and could not recommended him more! Jay helped me…read moredecide that the basic AV system package would give me what I needed (2 speakers, 1 amp and 1 microphone that could be used via bluetooth or directly plugged into my laptop. Jay was flexible for my setup as I misread the delivery time, but we were able to sort it out and have the set up done a day early. I probably could have set it up myself, but I didn't want to have one extra thing to do for party setup. Jay let me know a time frame and then called me about an hour before his arrival. Jay was super great and friendly to work with and walked me through the usage of the system. The system was MORE than capable for what we needed, but was so great to have the option to increase the volume, or to only use one speaker as the day went on. Side note, Jay's favorite music is 80's freestyle, so have that ready when he tests the system! Jay came the next day around noon to disassemble the equipment and haul it out. I would definitely recommend Jay and Sound and Video Rentals as well as use them in the future.
