The main man is Dondi along with Patty and Dakota. They are a very friendly group of people with home made cole slaw and pickles along with his delicious smoked meats which include pulled pork, hamburgers, sausages, and marinated hot dogs. His BBQ sauce is flavorful and tangy which is not overly sweet. The homemade cole slaw has a little bit of a kick but not overly so with a touch of pineapple to give just a tiny bit of sweetness. Serving sizes is enough to fill any ones appetite. I enjoyed my first experience there. And it is especially nice to have a smoky BBQ place here in Centerton finally! Hope it stays for a long time. I panic ordered and shoulda got what I sampled (pork belly... unREAL!) and even so, it was still amazing. Prices are a bit more expensive than what you're used to paying for lunch, but honestly-- being able to refill my drink whenever I want, helping myself to the sauce bar, and relaxing in the well decorated and nicely lit dining area-- worth it. I eat mine plain but they have quite the selection of burgers and fries/ring options. The drinks are in a fridge with normal selection of sodas and teas along with bottled water. The price seemed fair and I was able to use Apple Pay off my phone. I was given a beeper and found a table behind the trailer. I wish there was a little shade over the tables but nonetheless it was a pleasant day so no worries. My pager went off and I got my food freshly made and hot. The fries were good. They had a little batter to them and they were good portion size. The burger, however was a little disappointing. It seemed to be a patty premade almost frozen style. I wish they would make 1/2 pound burgers with fresh meat and hand make the patties but that's not the case. After eating lunch I decided I would not go back until they improve burger quality.

Very few people were eating there, just 2 tables of patrons. Prices aren't cheap. We ordered their briskets and some sides. The briskets were so dry, not tender and lukewarm. When we asked the chef, he said these were made fresh. Oh well, I have never had any fresh briskets taste like that, at least not in Oklahoma. The seasoning was almost non-existed, blended without character. It was late, we were hungry and we had a long drive next. But we couldn't finish those couple slices. Leaving hungry. It's just so bad. Their potato salad was swimming with heavy oil. Just look at the thick layer of sheen in my pictures and you'll understand what I'm saying. The best thing was the water.
