The rooms are large, and efficient use of space. They are attractive and nicely decorated. There is a large tv in the sitting area and a large tv on the wall across from the bed. A refrigerator, microwave, and a nice amount of storage space. Bathroom snd shower are very nice. Everything is spotless, from the lobby to the elevators to the room. Employees are super friendly. We basically took over half their dining area for almost 2 weeks. Every morning when we came down they had picked things up and emptied our trash and sometimes we were pretty messy. They always had smiles on their faces and were willing to help us with whatever we needed. Some of our days started way before 5:00 and they were always willing to make coffee so we had it available before we had to leave for the day. If you are going to the Midland area this is definitely the place to stay.

I called a few days ahead and management was very accommodating about me bringing my car in early the day of my stay, and leaving it after hours the day I checked out. They didn't have to be so accommodating, and I appreciate it that they were. The room was the usual reliable Hampton and quality. A very comfortable bed with newer linens, a newer television, and furniture that was also relatively new. Hampton Inn typically requires their properties to refresh the rooms every couple of years I believe, so this was no surprise. I made use of the on-site gym and appreciated having it. None of the equipment was broken, and there was sufficient variety that I was able to get in most of my strength workout. I did not make use of the breakfast offerings, but did note that the usual good spread was available. Shower pressure was adequate and the bathroom toiletries were good quality. On site staff were pleasant to interact with and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again.
