Craving tamales ordered the 3 tamale plate with beef. I was surprised by the amount the meat and cheese layered on top and not rolled inside the tamal. Plenty of food for two to split as an entrees. Small portion Refried pinto beans and Mexican Rice as expected kinda bland and not very warm at all upon arriving at the table. With only one other person in the restaurant and ordering only one entrees I expected faster service and hot food. The plate was the warmest part of the meal. Lots of soda options, but they do not serve alcohol (plenty options downtown Midland nearby to enjoy a drink).

She ran and got someone to translate. So I actually didn't order what I wanted because I knew she wouldn't be able to understand what I was saying. That's my fault ! My friend got the super large burrito and it was the size of a Taco Bell bean burrito and had no side dishes with it so I thought that was kind of expensive and he didn't like the food anyways. I got one of the vegetarian options and the bean burrito was like a small burrito I'd make at home with a can of refried beans. It also had a cheese enchilada that was like something I would make at home too. When we sat down and got the chips and salsa, I asked if they had a hot salsa also. The waitress went and got someone to translate who then ran and brought me a saucer full of hotter salsa that was good, but I wasn't told that it would be an extra $5 and didn't realize it until the bill came. Like I said, I won't be going back here again!!

You're not…read moregetting Taco Bell or some Mexican restaurant same ole same ole, the seasonings are legit, I couldn't even replicate or tell you what or how they do this!! So far I've tried their tamales, enchiladas, soft/puffy tacos, and the huge chimichanga. ALL are amazing, but what really sticks out to me is their enchilada sauce, it's green and almost a gravy texture but it's the best damn enchilada sauce I've ever EVER had! Also let's talk about this huge chimichanga, this thing is big, it's this fried tortilla stuffed with cheese and a huge amount of your choice of meat (chicken, pork, or beef) and then doused in their enchilada sauce and topped whatever toppings you like. I can eat a lot but by the time I got to the middle of this thing, I was so full I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the night. It fills you up big time. Anyways, obviously I could write a novel about this place, so go try it, it's awesome, I'm surprised this place hasn't put Taco Bell out of business in this town lol!

What a quaint, cozy little eatery. Perfect for a group of family or friends. This would be ideal for travelers looking for a quick bite or folks on their lunch break, staring down limited time to eat. The menu is quite extensive and the prices very affordable. Mostly variations on the standard for each item. Simply add or subtract. For example: Nachos (supremo, vegetarian, fajitas or botana) I have our group eating community style. Everyone orders a decent size meal and divides it nine ways. As far as I'm concerned everything tasted great, but I confess, my attention was predominately on fellowship with the kids. They've embedded pennies in the table. Poor little Tony was too young to understand that he can't get them. He tries, fails, forgets and tries again, about every twenty minutes or so. Hilarious. Maybe next time we meet we can fill the restaurant with family and poor Tony will find something different to fixate on. 03/25

I'm a little disappointed I suppose…read more After reading all the glowing reviews and looking over the menu I was sure I was going to have a delightful meal this evening. This restaurant is attached to what is clearly a dying mall, and that may be part of the issue they're having in terms of retaining staff and maintaining foot traffic. It is desperately hard to maintain a high quality standard in food when you simply don't have that many people coming in to eat. The staff I interacted with were generally friendly, but also quite busy and trying to keep up with the various tables. The seating options were a little uncomfortable, but serviceable overall. Everything appeared to be clean, although I noticed a bucket of dishes sitting out in the main dining room That was not being attended to. Given the volume of business they were having at the time this wasn't a huge deal. The food was a mixed bag. The chips were decent but a little greasy. My chicken was well prepared and had a delicious cheese sauce on it. The rice and beans were quite regrettable unfortunately. The beans were overcooked and too pasty, the rice had no real flavor to it. It really is a shame, I was looking forward to trying this place.

I was angry, I was like "no I'm not going in there, it's an abandoned restaurant in an abandoned…read moremall" I shouted in the midst of an argument with my wife who "wanted to try something new" Fortunately for me we had my mother in law with us who brought sense to the situation by just walking inside the Cazadores restaurant.
