    Holes in the floor

The place is a filthy dump. The bathroom was deplorable at best. The tile was disgusting, there were holes in the floor. They had taken the carpet out and put in a vinyl floor to make it look like wood. But, it was not properly installed, so when you walked across it, it makes popping sounds. . I am not even going to start on the "grab and go" breakfast, it was very sad.

    The pile they dropped off.

Horrible customer service. Asked for a room clean. They said they don't do that. Asked for blankets. Never came. Some non English speaking person knocked and handed us a pile of sheets. We tried to get back in our room on day 2 after out paddle boarding and our key didn't work. They said they messed up and thought we were only staying one night. I prepaid for 2. And was charged. Loud neighbors. No parking. The shower water pressure was horrible also.

Front desk does not respect guest request to move rooms due to noisy neighbor despite multiple other rooms available. Front desk woman also has an almost movie-villain like rudeness and condescension towards guest. Someone needs to help this poor staff learn customer service 101 - perhaps even common courtesy 101. Days Inn is an excellent place to stay if you want to ruin your Bend experience!

Days Inn by Wyndham Bend was a fine place to stay at for one night while we were driving through the area. Most importantly, we had our dog with us, so needed a place that was dog-friendly and didn't break the bank, which is exactly what Days Inn is known for. The check-in progress was simple. The staff was friendly, giving directions on where the room was, when breakfast was and offered recommendations for nearby breweries and restaurants. Check-in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. The room was simple. Nothing fancy. It's an older building, but had a functioning TV, mini fridge, coffeemaker, hot water in the shower, reliable wifi and AC. It was basically everything we needed. But if you're expecting fancy and need to be pampered then clearly, this is not the place for you. They have a designated, relief dog area, which was super nice, with poop bags. We actually saw a lot of guests with dogs. There was also an outdoor pool area. However, the breakfast right now is a grab and go due to COVID restrictions. You get two pieces of fruit, a pastry and apple juice. But there was free coffee and tea in the lobby, which was nice. Overall, this is a decent place to stay if you're looking to spend a night and passing through the area with your dog. No frills and nothing fancy. I'm okay with that, as long as everything we wanted worked (free wifi, AC, fridge, etc.), which it did.

Bedbugs crawled on hands and legs. Checkout within a couple of hours at midnight. Fighting for money back. The manager is non responsive. Stay away from this motel if you don't want to be a victim of fraud. We will file a dispute with bank and have also reported this motel to Health and Sanitation department. Hope they shut this business down.

    Canopy falling down

This could be an average 3 star rating hotel... Average for what you should expect as soon as you drive in. The lobby is very dated, the canopy that you drive under is falling down and the walk to all the rooms is stained and dirty... so, OK it's a motel you park your car right at your door...I didn't expect much. They claim in a large sign on the street that it is 100% smoke free...wrong! The doors to all the rooms have a pretty no smoking sign on them... But, the smokers stand right outside the door smoking. Since the doors to the rooms are next to each other, all his/her smoke goes right into your room. When I left, I smelled like smoke in the car, even after taking a shower. They do claim that there is free wi-fi, but it is horrid. I was staying only a few doors down from the office, (and across from the pool...see below), and the wi-fi was so slow, web pages kept timing out. In this day and age, you would think a motel would have up-to-date internet access, especially in a tourist based town like bend. Then, are there no rules for loud music outside? A few guest in the pool had a radio blasting away, then a group of guest decided that they wanted to blast their truck music in front of their room to compete. Even with the door closed, the two were so loud, it drowned out my TV. The maids were very friendly and nice, and the girl at the desk early in the morning seem pleasant. For the price $90 a night, you would expect a better place.

    Urine on the bathroom floor

Filthy tile floors! We just checked into this place. It is filthy. I re cleaned bathroom and bathroom floors. There was still urine on the toilet and in the floor along with feces on the toilet.. pretty gross. People next door are smoking right outside of my room... gross This has potential to be a nice spot. I should have read reviews closer

To go breakfast. Old banana, tiny apple, danish, 5 oz apple juice. The office has no other options available.

Great bang for your buck and we didn't have any of the problems mentioned by previous customers. Maybe they fixed the issues.

Traveling with a pet can sometimes feel like a hassle, but here, it felt like my dog was just as welcomed and pampered as I was. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted my dog with genuine warmth, offering treats, a cozy dog bed, and even special amenities that made the stay feel thoughtful and personalized. It wasn't just "pet-tolerant"--it was truly pet-celebrating. The attention to detail made a huge difference, and it was clear they go above and beyond for guests with furry companions. Beyond that, the hotel itself is beautiful--modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the beds are luxurious, and everything feels high-end without being pretentious. If you're traveling with your dog and want a place that treats both of you like VIPs, the Oxford Hotel is hands down one of the best choices out there. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Bend again! Also, the coffee in the room was excellent!!

So helpful, always friendly and with a smile. Our king room on the top floor was very well appointed and squeaky clean. Huge TV, big soaking tub plus separate shower and WC (having the toilet in its own room is so nice). Loved the soap menu(!) as well as the stainless steel French press and not one or two but three different roast options for morning coffee. Enjoyed the sauna and hot tub in the fitness center. They also have a steam room and various exercise machines and weights in the space with an expansive view of downtown Bend. I would love to return to this fine hotel whenever I find myself back in Bend. It was a most wonderful home away from home for a few days.

It's not a hotel but a MOTEL, as the doors to the rooms face the outside. The big "campfire" centerpiece of the hotel is a fire pit in the parking lot. They seem to spend more money on decoration than the infrustructure, trying to appeal to a hipster crowd. I felt bad for the front desk staff trying to check in a long line of guests because the computer system was very slow and we all waited a long time. I am writing this review on my phone while waiting for my computer to load because the internet keeps going in and out, and when it is working, it is VERY slow. Also, the bathroom area is outdated. My sink is cracked, the toilet seat is peeling, and the shower is dripping all night. The cleaning is suspect, as I found old contacts on the bedside lamp. The furniture choices are uncomfortable: a fuzzy stool for the desk and metal chairs for the table. The desk and fridge are full of snacks and beer for purchase (not my thing but maybe others appreciate?). The outlets by the bed and desk are used up by the lamps. No extra towels in room. I haven't tried the pool area yet.
