    05.22.20 bathroom and sink

Not what I expected from a Wyndham corporation We stayed here during the Memorial Day weekend using our Wyndham Rewards Points. It is conveniently located near Highway 189 and walking distance to Brigham Young University, it makes it easy to visit all of the popular destinations from this hotel. The front-desk staff that checked us in was friendly, helpful... and chatty. We were on the 2nd level of a 2-story building. Rooms were not the best but was decent. Amenities included free WiFi, mini fridge, microwave, good air conditioning, controlled heating/cooling, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer, family room, cable TV, adjoining rooms (which we did not use), desk, ergonomic chair, hypoallergenic pillows (really?), bathroom amenities (shampoos and stuff), alarm clock (that was unplugged), and iron/ironing board. They usually have free continental breakfast but due to COVID-19 they did not offer this. Well, we were only here to shower and crash after long days out and about so it served its purpose. Dislike the tiny space in the bathroom. Water pressure on shower was good. Nights were pretty quiet, no people loitering around. Located nearby many food places. Review #1791

Most likely, you've found yourself at this location because you're traveling on a tight budget. The nightly rate for this motel is probably the cheapest in the area. The check-in process was nice and quick. The room wasn't fancy, but I found everything to be in good working order and the bed to be clean. I was only driving through on my way to Sun Valley, Idaho, so this place was adequate for a one-nighter. There were several nearby dining options available.

Great price, comfortable bed and hot shower. The staff was helpful. But there looked like no one had cleaned in a while. The walls had mold in the bathroom lots of dirt and leaves on the floor. There was a bunch of cosmetic damages like holes in the door, missing cover plates on outlets, lots of scratches all over the walls.

Dirty, moldy, and unsafe. The security lock was busted or worn, the bed had a stain on it, and BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. The room was deplorable and the dirtiest we've ever seen. We booked it out of there and got a refund. Better off sleeping in the car, not worth our health and safety. This place should be shut down.

BEDBUGS‼What a shame that we didn't look at the reviews before booking this hotel. Within an hour of checking in my daughter spotted a bedbug on her pillow. We spoke to the General manager(Gina) in hopes of checking out and getting a refund, her response was that her protocol is to bring out a bedbug specialist to confirm that the infestation is bedbugs and not another insect. This clearly shows that they've had an infestation of some insect if they had to put a protocol in place before they could give a refund. The whole situation is skin crawling and unfortunate. Save yourself the hassle and skip this motel.

I had to spend the night in town so I decided to book the cheapest room I could find since it would only be for a few hours. The room was not very clean and there were water damages on the couch. It was nice that they had a microwave and a mini fridge but it took me about an hour to notice there were bed bugs in my bed. Thank God I noticed in time. I obviously decided not to sleep there and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Please take better care of your rooms!

    Wow

This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed, you're literally better off parking your vehicle at the local loves truck stop, grabbing a shower number and showering there, I'm throwing away my shower shoes after staying this lil gem. I'd hate to see the rest of the place NOT TO MENTION THE RUDE ROOM CLEANERS TRYING TO KICK YOU OUT STARTING AT 8 am WHEN CHECK OUT IS 11 ....to this place I say goodbye

Honest people owners. The motel is older and furniture but I've had wonderful experiences with the owners.

Clean room, quiet, reasonable rates. Everything we're looking for in a motel room. Would choose this one again!

Dirty. Stains on couch and bedding. Who knows what on the walls and doors. Missing baseboards and holes in ceiling. Avoid if you can.

Avoid at all costs. Canceled my confirmed reservation at 7pm to sell for more money to a walk in. Not sure what a confirmed reservation is.

I flew into Salt Lake City International Airport, which is about a 50-minute drive away, and arrived late in the evening. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. This is a large property with two hotel towers, multiple elevator banks, a sizable ballroom, numerous meeting rooms, and an amphitheater, all located on the ground level. The facilities felt modern and well-maintained. As part of the conference, I had both breakfast and lunch at the hotel. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, and beverages, while lunch featured a sandwich and salad bar along with cookies for dessert. There is also an outdoor pool and hot tub, which I did not visit, as well as a well-equipped fitness center. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms I have used, with multiple treadmills, a Peloton bike, ellipticals, stair steppers, weight machines, dumbbells up to 50 pounds, kettlebells, and foam rollers. My room was spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was good-sized, and the shower that had good water pressure. The room also had a couch and a walk-in closet. The hotel is in downtown Provo, within walking distance of several restaurants, cafes, and bars. I departed from Provo Airport, which is only about a 10-minute drive from the hotel and much more convenient than returning to Salt Lake City. Overall, this was a very good conference hotel and a comfortable place to stay. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers visiting Provo.

The sandalwood shampoo and soap smelled so good! I did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked enjoyable. The only downsides were that there was a family with small children bouncing off the walls (and beds, I assume) in the unit above me almost all night and day. I don't blame the hotel for that though. The breakfast area is also pretty small, but they make good use of the area anyway. I will stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Review for Sleep Inn (Booked via Priceline Pay Later):…read more My husband and I are retired, and I am disabled. We have two well-behaved chihuahuas who are service dogs. We were traveling cross-country on a budget to visit our daughter and booked a room at Sleep Inn on January 21, 2026, using Priceline's Pay Later option for a total cost of $93.79. Our experience at the hotel was frustrating and disappointing. Unlike our previous stay at Motel 6, which was fully paid through Priceline without issue, Sleep Inn unexpectedly charged my credit card upon arrival. The front desk clerk said he would charge the $93.79 Priceline price but also placed a $50 hold for incidentals, which he said would be released within 7-10 days if there were no problems. He did not provide a receipt when I asked. Later, I checked my bank account and saw two charges: $143.79 and $50. When I went back to the front desk to clarify, asking for a receipt the clerk said the receipt would be given at checkout. An hour later, a third charge for $93.79 appeared on my account. In total, there were three holds that significantly reduced my available balance and caused me considerable worry during travel. I am still waiting for the charges to clear up, but this unclear billing process and lack of communication is unacceptable--especially for travelers on a tight budget and seniors like us. I urge SleepInn and Priceline to improve transparency and ensure their billing policies are clear to avoid causing such confusion and financial strain. Travelers, particularly those who are elderly or disabled, should be cautious when booking here. Overall, I cannot recommend SleepInn based on this experience due to poor communication and confusing payment handling.
