Their towels were decent AND THEY ALLOWED us to have more than 3 (learn from them, not everyone wants to steal hotel towels). I can tell that they remodeled recently, and didn't go cheap! Thank you. Next point, charging plus were available, and plentiful. We were able to charge 3 phones, 2 iPad, and a PC. The average Days Inn has maybe 2 plugs. Another thank you! Front desk gentleman was kind and helpful at first while my stay there. He was mostly on the phone talking when I was coming or going. Mind you, you can't contact the front desk for reservations. So, I found it a little odd that he was on the phone most of the time when I was coming or going. The room on the 2nd floor that I stayed in had a big 1.5" inch spacing gap under the door to the hallway. You could hear all of the noise and conversations in the hall. I wasn't at the hotel much but mainly there at night to sleep. It looks like there might have been carpet up to the door and was replaced with solid flooring in place of to create such a huge gap under the door. The room was clean, I only had the breakfast 1 time while there because I was gone each day before the breakfast time started. read more

I asked the night before for a late checkout. Agreed time was noon. Got there at 1:15 and our rooms were not ready and the desk clerk said check in was at 3:00 pm. We stayed here when we were going to the Icelandic dinner in Spanish Peaks. This was the nearest hotel that was available. The reviews made us worry - but it was a perfectly nice place to stay. We had a large room with a king sized bed. It was a surprisingly quiet room. The bathroom was nice and had a tub that was comfortable. I like my baths. We were handy to the highway and, had we been eating in town, we were not far from plenty of places to eat. It was a clean facility. And there was a nice breakfast area with waffles, cereal, pastries and more. I would stay here again! read more

Stayed here. Had two rooms one for a 4 nights the other for 5. Rooms were nice breakfast was simple no muffins or pancakes. When making the reservation informed them that we were traveling for our daughters wedding and had a pet small dog. It is not our fault you, "Sunny" have no hospitality skills whatsoever. I wouldn't even put you in charge of taking care of mannequins in a store window. It is not our fault we don't want to stay in one of your dirty rooms...OR WAIT...it was actually 2 dirty rooms, wasn't it? Rooms 311 and 312. Then I have to show you PROOF that we stayed in another motel room before we get a refund?? I did stoop to your level and showed you proof. 6 days later, we finally get a refund. You probably thought we were LONG GONE. That must be how you make some extra pocket money, then tell your boss you gave them the money back in cash. I wonder how soon it is before YOU get audited. You must save ALOT of money on the water bill by flipping the sheets inside out. Just how many times do you think that's gonna last?? In fact we encourage people that read this and STILL stay there to take pictures. We had a terrible experience here! I just want to start by saying we don't stay at nice hotels or have super high expectations. We just want a clean place to sleep! 1. We booked online and after our reservation was complete we were transferred to some travel agency trying to sell us some membership or something. We said no. The next day we found a fraudulent charge of $160 dollars on the credit card we had used to book the room. 2. We got to the room about midnight and we were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep... unfortunately we found a giant bed bug crawling across the bed. We called the manager and he came to investigate. We had trapped the bed bug in a cup and he swiftly flushed it down the toilet before we could get a picture. 3. We asked for a refund.. the manager pushed us to just switch rooms. We politely declined and asked for a refund and receipt. He assured us that he hadn't run the card and would cancel our reservation. 4. The next morning we received a charge on our credit card for the price of the room. It's all about first impressions. If that first encounter is negative, it's almost always downhill from there as you just can't get passed it. Hotel looked fine, reviews were so-so, but nothing dismal and nothing recent so we took the chance. The man working the front desk almost bordered rude. Not a smile, not even a slight pleasantry. We had made reservations a week in advance for two rooms so that we could go to the color festival, but when we arrived to check in (at midnight, after driving eight hours) they refused to let us stay because they don't like the color festival. We tried to find another hotel but they were all booked for the event. If they had just told us when we made the reservation that they don't let guests stay if they're going to the festival, there wouldn't have been a problem! EXTREMELY sketchy, shady business practices! Avoid! Prepare for a disgustingly shady experience: besides the mediocre condition of the property, when we arrived two nights ago we were told by the middle-aged Indian man (manager or owner?) that the credit card had not been charged and they wanted to charge it, even though we were able to prove that the payment has gone through. As soon as we got on the phone with the bank, the man at the front suddenly changed his mind about trying to charge us again and said we were good to go as if to avoid bringing the bank's attention. He charged us $10 a night for having an extra guest, which is fine, but called us 15 min before checkout to make sure we'd come to pay it. What should have been a $20 charge was charged $130. When we called to object, they wouldn't admit any wrongdoing and VERY SLYLY refunded the charge and re-charged the $20 without saying they would do it and WITHOUT CONSENT. It appears very strongly that there may be intentional and scammy practices here on the part of the management. It's either gross carelessness and ineptitude, or blatant scamming. Our visit was Labor Day weekend. They were not full when I booked the day before. Not the greatest decor, but the room was clean. Sheets and blankets were clean and smelled fresh. We were greeted at desk by friendly staff both at check in and check out. They accommodated my request to be downstairs. It was nice to have DirectTV in the room. Only issue I have is the Days Inn one of using bar soap. Get in this century and offer your guests a better product. For the money it's a fine overnight stay. Do NOT stay here. The manager is BEYOND rude. He called me last minute, hours before I would be checking in (even though I've had the room booked for months) and dropped my reservation because "there was an issue with my credit card." He hung up on me twice, snapped at me, even when I politely offered to give him a different card. He was as nasty as a person can be. He doesn't know the first thing about customer service. My guess was he overbooked and decided to pick a fight with someone and pick a fake reason to have an excuse to give away the room, and this person was me. Very disappointing, had to scramble to find a room while boarding a plane to Utah. The hotel I ended up at was way nicer and the staff was so friendly, ultimately was a win, but dealing with this guy was a complete nightmare. Only gave a 1 star review because I can't give zero stars. My daughter reserved a room here weeks ago, and had a confirmation number. She was contacted by a man at the front desk (a name similar to Jessie) as she was boarding an airplane on the evening of check-in. He told her that her credit card didn't go through, and that he was canceling her reservation. She told him that she had another credit card. He said it was too late, and that he had canceled her reservation, and hung up on her. She called him back immediately to clear it up, only to be told that there were no more rooms. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with her card, it was used at the next hotel. I called the hotel myself on her behalf, wishing to provide them with one of my credit card numbers. Within 15 minutes, I spoke with the same man, and he rudely told me that he canceled the reservation and that the hotel no longer had vacancy. I asked him to at least check for vacancies, he said he wouldn't check for vacancies without my daughter's credit card. He refused to help and left my daughter without a reservation, while she was en-route. Thankfully, I was able to book a room for her at another hotel, using MY credit card, working with someone with far better customer service skills than the guy at Days Inn. We stayed at Days Inn Springville UT for one night in July 2018. We picked up bedbugs in our luggage, and unfortunately brought them home. It has been a nightmare trying to get rid of them in our home. Multiple visits from pest control, lots of bites and itching, not to mention lack of sleep and just being grossed out. It's been awful. Such a great hotel! It was clean and looks almost new! We had a very spacious room with nice amenities for the price we paid. . . . new shampoo, soap, coffee, and towels every day. The room had a fridge and microwave. It was very comfortable. The man at the front desk was so kind and sweet. He found out that my mother was going through a rough time and he made sure we had a "nice, quiet room." Then a couple of days later when I went down to the main lobby, he asked me "How is your mom doing? She okay?" Such a nice guy. He said he has been working here for 17 years. unsanitary conditions at the Days Inn Motel in , Ut! I paid $73 last night which was for 1 King size bed for 1 night (Room 313). What you see in the 1st pic is boogers, a lot of boogers, or throw up on the bed sheets. In the 2nd pic is a fruit roll up that was hanging out by the night stand & had been for a while given how hard it was. The 3rd pic is bathroom ceiling vent just 10 min after a shower. How can the air be that dirty? Because this place was filthy, nasty, & gross! The floor was not vacuumed, m&m's in the drawers. I asked the manager Sunny for a refund cuz I wasn't about to pay $73 for filthy unclean sheets & room. I was told No, to report him to health dept cause they would care about my complaint as much as he did. This is wrong, it is gross. I would think twice before staying in this nasty place. The alarm clock was unplugged and wedged between the nightstand and bed. A child's finger skateboard was there too. It was obvious the room did not have a good vacuuming for awhile. We stayed here for a week and I would rather sleep in my car. The mattress had a pee stain, the room was not cleaned and nobody spoke English. I asked for clean towels and was told they didn't have any. 4 mornings in a row after housekeeping left my room I got a call from the front desk telling me that they were going to charge me for the pee stain and for changing my sheets. Then I was also told that they were going to start charging me for the room key because their door wouldn't open and I had to get a new key everyday. When you first walk into the hotel the smell alone is enough to knock you off your feet. The breakfast every morning was very plain cereal and bagels no variety there was never coffee it was just awful. We wouldn't have stayed there had we found somewhere with availability but due to the fire all the hotels were booked so we had to stay here if I could give this place negative Stars I would. The management gives you dirty looks and are extremely rude. I do not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy read more

Avoid this place like the plague. The manager (or at least the guy who claimed to be the manager) was a complete... well, lets just say I question that his parents were married. When we made the reservation via Expedia, we called to confirm that it was pet friendly. We have a crate trained puppy. The lady who answered the phone said yes, and that since there were a limited number of rooms allocated for pets, to call a few days ahead of time to make sure all was still in order. Two days before going, we called and the guy who answered the phone, claiming to be the manager yelled at my lady, telling her that pets were NOT allowed and that he was cancelling her reservation immediately, and refused to accept that a member of his staff said that pets were accepted in that hotel and accused her of lying. Then, while she was on the phone with him, he said "I've cancelled your reservation" and then hung up the phone. I called Days Inn corporate headquarters and registered a complaint about this manager and how unprofessional and discourteous he was and that they needed to fix this guy's attitude or fire him. Fortunately we managed to find accommodations at the Sleep Inn in Provo (wonderful staff, pet friend, nice, clean rooms, great courtesy continental breakfasts). While we were there I happened to find myself at a restaurant across from this "hotel" and went in to talk to the manager. I have to assume it was the same guy because when I asked to speak to the manager he said "You can talk to me." When I asked "Are you the manager?" he hesitated a moment and said yes. So I let him know that I know he was the guy who my lady talked to and that I'd reported him to corporate for his unprofessional and discourteous behavior. read more

The first room I got the key for had the door propped open with a towel. The second room we got we tried turning on a light and nothing was plugged in. The room had trash behind the tv stand but was otherwise clean. Some wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. This place doesn't even rate a star from me. We checked into this hotel and brought our 2 service dogs up to our room. All was fine until check out this morning when the manager Sunny Patel quickly and rudely stated he was charging our room more because we brought dogs. We calmly began to explain to him that they are service animals and we cannot be changed for them to stay at a hotel. He then asked to see paperwork for the dogs, we also calmly explained to him that it is very illegal to ask to see paperwork for the dogs and disabilities but since we always have it on us we offered to let him see it. After pulling out the proper paperwork he refused to look at it and stated he was charging our room extra anyways. By this point I'm pretty pissed off, I know my rights as well as my boyfriend when it comes to our service animals and this man was being so disrespectful he didn't even want to educate himself on proper ADA policies. Things were going know where so we called the police to have them come and inform this "manager" of ADA policies. We were able to file a police report but now we are going to be making this a civil manner. It is not okay with people with disabilities to be discriminated against and the animals that help them are medicine. This will be a lesson taught to this man and anyone else who owns and operates a business but knows nothing of the rights of people with disabilities and ADA policies. And to think all we wanted was the "extra" money he charged us refunded and we would have been about our way, but the disrespectful callous attitude from this so called manager Sonny Patel changed my mind after he said "that's fine I'll see you in court". Not only will we be contacting a civil lawyer but Days Inn Cooperate offices will be very aware of this situation as well. read more

Saw my mom smoking outside and still felt he had the right to tell her that she smoked in the room as soon as she walked in from outside....mind you having a cigarette.
