In short order, the APRN Alex Hobbs came in to discuss her ailments, performed a few tests and took the time time to explain what he felt was the issue and how he intended on treating her. Not to mention, I was NOT informed that the work order for Quest Diagnostics would be ANOTHER BILL. Please never go here. Everyone I spoke to was rude on the phone and they were ZERO HELP. When I arrived, the women at the counter finished checking me in. They were nice enough, but not super friendly. The waiting room is large and unassuming. Everything seemed pretty clean. I only had to wait about 20 min, which is great for Urgent Care. After the nurse took my vitals and listened to my concerns, I only had to wait another 5 minutes for the doctor. Overall, I was in and out in far less time than expected. The dr. only spent a brief moment with me before sending some prescriptions over to the pharmacy. While I don't feel like I got many answers about my illness, I did receive quick care and some medication that will hopefully have me feeling better quickly. I would return for future medical needs.

After she checked me in, I was directed to the waiting area of the lobby to wait for the person to do my blood work. After a very short, wait, I was taken back to have the blood work done. Yet again, the person doing the blood work was friendly and engaging, It made me very comfortable. He explained his process of finding the best location to take my blood and it was done quickly and painlessly. I've been to this hospital multiple times for myself and with other people and I've seen nothing but the highest quality facility and staff. There is nothing I could suggest that they could improve upon.
