Make sure you leave extra time to travel here as it is a trip from walla walla. But the drive is beautiful and the hand made pasta is worth the wait. Every dish was made with care and love which you can taste. My favorite was the roquillo peppers in olive oil with the Parmesan cheese and olives served with the fresh focaccia bread.
