When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, I was not greeted by the two people in the lobby. I said I had an appointment. It was clear the person who was the one helping didn't bother to look at the appointment and asked what I needed and then how many tires, roadside warranty, etc. I asked how much the warranty was in addition to the tires. He responded he wouldn't know until the paperwork printed. I said I wanted a specific tire that I saw in the website. He glibly said it didn't work that way, this is the only tire that was available today and that the car would not be aligned because that tech had gone home for the day - though this appointment specifically reserved that service along with the tires. The sales person's response? Go elsewhere or make an appointment to come back. The total for the incomplete job - $900 for a 14 year old Toyota Yaris. With safety and the need for transportation coupled with not having to take off work, I am reluctantly getting this done. I asked about the alignment and should I drive, and he looked me in the eye and said, "we don't recommend it." This sales rep was so condescending and rude on top of making a huge ass money grab commission. The road hazard insurance has been nice for myself and my daughters, their father died in 2021. This experience has been horrible. The disrespect and the dishonesty about what tires were available etc. was blatant. Also, the Sugarcreek OH location is in a very busy area, and I was the only customer. I will definitely think through being tied to Tire Discounter again, and recommend everyone steer clear of the Sugarcreek OH location.

We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him
