Cute tea shop, we got the Thai tea and mango smoothie. Both were really good. I love how you have the kiosk to order, you can take your time without feeling rushed. Tea shop is clean and staff were friendly.

This place was alright. I wanted Boba, but I didn't get any, probably because I didn't specifically ask it to be added. That's on me. The drinks by themselves were good though. I got 2 drinks a macchiato and a milk tea and they were both very good! The sugar jelly was quite interesting! The macchiato would have been peak with some brown sugar boba in it ;)

Was looking for a quick spot to grab some boba tea and so glad I found this spot! Upon walking in staff was so warming & welcome It was est. in 2001! They offer milk and non dairy options! Favorite drink here is the taro green milk tea. Anything with latte in the name has whole milk and anything with milk tea has non dairy milk! I believe it is coconut milk. I got full sweetness and it came out perfect! I was told ahead of time the taro will be a bit grainy as they blend real taro! Drinks came fast and it's a very bright & clean place. I can taste the infused green tea and fresh milk!

I got the taro milk tea with boba and it was delicious! They use real taro, not the powder, so the drink has some chunks in it and isn't purple colored. The staff made sure to explain that when I ordered and were very helpful. There's a few different seating options and some cute plants inside.

Overall, Dayung's is a pretty good milk tea spot! The prices are a little on the higher side, but the drinks are worth trying. I got my favorite -- the classic boba milk tea -- and luckily the pearls weren't soaked in too much brown sugar, so it wasn't overly sweet. The milk tea has a nice hint of caramel flavor, which is great if you like that kind of taste. The shop has a clean, simple vibe. Service was just okay, nothing special, but not bad either. Would definitely come back again when I'm craving something sweet but not too heavy!

I never thought I'd say this, but adding boba to my coffee might be my new obsession--and DaYung's Boba in Tempe nailed it. Hands down some of the best boba I had! The staff here is so friendly and efficient. My partner ordered a banana milk tea with aiyu jelly. I ordered my usual of an oolong milk tea with tapioca and pudding. All of the drinks were made to order with one size only, and they have plenty of chairs and tables for people to hang out and enjoy their drinks. There's also board and card games. The place is clean and located in a strip mall. There's free parking on premise that's shared with other businesses in the strip mall. They also give punch cards, where you can collect 10 stamps for a free drink. I would totally come back here when I'm in the area next, and I'd recommend DaYung to anyone in the area looking for bubble tea.

My family and I like DaYung. They use fresh fruit like strawberries and mango when they are in season. The strawberry fresh milk & strawberry passion is one of our favorites. The mango boba drinks are what we get too. Their Jasmine green tea is alright, but what they are really known for & what they are good at making is fresh fruit teas. Only negative is price increase and they sometimes run out of boba. They offer stamp cards. Highly recommend!

This place is usually a solid 5 for me, but I also haven't visited in the longest time. Something was just off about my recent visit. I'm not sure if it's because I came on a weekday in the summer, or perhaps something else? For starters there was a strange smell, and it wasn't faint.. it honestly smelled like the sewer backed up to put it bluntly. I don't know how the employees could handle it, perhaps you go scent blind after a while? Which brings me to the next thing that was off... the service. No one was cheerful, or lively. If you want boba drinks that taste delicious, this is the place to go. They have many different flavors, such as milk tea, tea, coffee, and fruit smoothies. They also have varieties of toppings, such as boba, grass jelly, aiyu, chia seeds, Oreo, macchiato, coconut jelly, etc. The service was great. The cashier was friendly and efficient. Our order was taken and the drinks was ready in less than 10 minutes. The atmosphere of the store was relaxing. The put a lot of plants around the store, making it a place to relax. I do believe it will be more relaxing if they use darker paint for their wall. But as far as drinks concern, it was tasty and delicious. During this visit I got my personal favorite green milk tea and my wife got the new cloud coffee. The cloud coffee tasted like a blended Vietnamese coffee. I actually like it better than normal Viet coffee because I like blended drinks lol Also they closed on Monday and Tuesday. So if you free on other days, definitely check it out guys!

SO YUMMY! I've been looking for a good boba spot since moving from California and I've finally found the spot. For me, it's tough to find a place that makes Jasmine Green Milk Tea the Taiwanese way and this tea spot is probably the best I've ever had. They mix in the right amounts of creamer, sugar, and tea. My friends really enjoyed their drinks as well! I recommend trying this spot out if you're a boba/milk tea lover read more

I usually don't like fruit drinks since you can taste the powder, but that is not the case at DaYung's. They really emphasize on using real and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend trying the Strawberry Fresh Milk ($4.25). The boba is also cooked thoroughly and not too chewy as expected from a Taiwanese boba shop. read more

DaYung's is one of the best boba I've ever had in the US, and is definitely on par with the ones in Asia. Literally ALL of their selections/drinks are superb and delicious! Every drink is made with fresh, quality ingredients and can be customized to your liking. The portions are big and generous too! You seriously cannot go wrong here!!! I personally recommend their: Wintermelon Latte, Fresh Strawberry Milk, Green Milk Tea, and Pink Beauty. This is the one boba place I miss since moving to LA, so HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

This place is great! Right as I entered the employees greeted me and immediately poured me a sample of the Jade Lemon, it was fantastic! It was a little too sweet however for me to order a full sized drink of Jade Lemon though, but I would still recommend it to others because it's a very unique flavor that I've never had before (tastes like fresh squeezed lemonade, with a fragrant tea, and honey). I ended up getting the strawberry kiwi drink with boba balls. The boba here is very fresh and soft. I saw as they made the drinks that they use fresh fruit which contributes to the overall texture of the drink. I really enjoyed it here. If your in the area you should definately stop by. read more

I took my boyfriend here because he's never really had an authentic Asian tea/boba tea drink before. Looking at the menu he had never tried aloe, aiyu, or grass jelly before. The girl at the front was more than happy to get him samples of each so he could try them. I love that this place uses real fruit in their drinks. No one likes simple syrup and fake flavoring so this is a huge bonus. I also love that they have more options than just boba to add to your drink. My favorite place in Orange County, CA has a ton more options to add to your tea but this place has a good start. I ended up getting the strawberry milk tea with grass jelly. I absolutely love the fresh strawberry in the drink. It was really refreshing. I didn't find that my drink had too much milk in it so it still had a really forward strawberry flavor with a hint of creaminess. I added the grass jelly but it was over powered by the strawberry flavor. I love grass jelly though. I will probably order it with boba the next time I order the strawberry milk. My boyfriend got the strawberry kiwi smoothie with chia seeds and boba. I honestly liked his better than mine and will probably order that next time. The drink started with a strawberry flavor then ended with the kiwi note. The chia seeds added a nice little something extra to the drink. The boba here is cooked really well. It was soft and slighty gummy. My favorite part of all of this is that the drinks are really cheaply priced. Just can't beat that. read more

Been here too many times to even mention since I first tried it earlier this year. This is my new favorite boba place in Arizona!! Love the fact that it's close by ASU. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Their stamp cards are everything (I'm already halfway through my 2nd card). Everything is fresh and tasty! I didn't like milk tea here at first try. i came back again because my friend wanted to meet there. I tried and fell in love with Pink Beauty. Then my husband was hooked with Orange beauty. Lately, We tried their milk tea again and it s really good, not sure if they changed recipe or we had a bad one on our first time. Now we both love their green milk tea, green tea latte, kiwi smoothie, strawberry fresh milk, and still Pink beauty orange beauty. We live 20 mins away and we come 3 times a week at some points . We love how they make drinks from fresh fruits! read more

I had this place bookmarked for awhile to try and there's been no turning back since I came here! I got the caramel boba latte the first time I came and it's been my go to every since, it's so delicious. Within one visit it became my favorite boba place. They have tons of tables and board games to play as well. They always have a sample for you to try. Everything I've been given is so refreshing. Hey what's up guys, i'm from california so like I classify Arizona Boba into 3 categories. 1. Mushy, solid boba (the blend, donut shop boba, you get what you pay for) 2. The standard regular boba (kft, tea swirl) 3. California-grade boba (dayung, pop n tea bar*) *it's like a hit or miss, like sometimes its really good and then there were a few occasions where it wasn't very good Dayung is an international chain, they have it in Taiwan and stuff ya know, so it's pretty good, but I wouldn't say its one of the best I've had. When you enter the door, you're usually greeted by a high-energy lady in the front that offers you free samples (fuck yea) However, when you order, it's kind of confusing because there's a lot of drinks that have names like "pink beauty" and I honestly don't know what a pink beauty is and you kind of spend a long time deciding what to get. But that's just the experience of dayung, this place is good, you guys should try it out since everywhere else is not as good. read more

I don't always like those pesky tailored Facebook ads BUT I'm ever so grateful for the ad that showed Dayung's Tea Grand Opening. It changed my life...or more like the location I get my boba fix. I wanted to make sure that I had visited the location at least a couple times before I wrote a review. When you enter the store, you are guaranteed to be greeted with a smiling face and a sample of one (or 2) of their drinks. Their menu is designed so that they use fresh fruit and teas; none of that gross powder stuff that other places serve. Hence, if you're looking for taro or thai tea or other flavored drinks, you won't find them here. Everything is made in store and is authentic! They only have what's listed on the menu, and the only aspect that might change your drink from your friend's is the amount of ice an/or sugar. There are only 2 drink sizes (S or L) and some drinks are one size only. My favorite drinks here are the Jade Lemon Tea and Milk Tea Boba, both with normal ice and normal sweetness. The Fresh Strawberry Milk, one of their signature drinks, is delicious but make sure to ask for extra blended if you don't like icy texture. My absolute favorite part of the drink is the boba - cooked to perfection and served generously! Soft, chewy and has the just the right amount of honey. Customers are always walking in, no matter what time it is, but there's plenty of seating for everyone! Located on Mill and Southern, it's very accessible to ASU students as well as people who work around here. Dayung's Tea resides in the same complex as Fry's so what better treat than boba drinks after grocery shopping! read more

Best boba tea In the valley. The selection is great from tea latte, fruit smoothies, and other blend of flavor drinks. The portions are generous and typically really friendly staff. I have been here about twenty times since they opened a year ago even though i lived about 15 miles away. :P If you like boba teas, this is must go!!! read more

The best boba in San Diego, seriously. My favorite is the brown sugar milk tea. It doesn't taste powdery and it's not too sweet. No adjustments can be requested but you don't really need any. The drink is PERFECT the way it is. Thank you! read more

The place is really good and they have a variety of good drinks. I got the black tea macchiato, my friends got the taro green tea and the boba milk tea. I recommend to get less sugared drinks and then if you feel like adding more then ask for it. read more

This is a really good place to hangout with friends. I like the Wintermelon tea. There is usually a rush during the afternoon timings and before they close but the wait is not long. Friendly owners and a consistent place to get the drinks! I highly recommend that and they have a good rewards program! Make sure to try their different options because they can adjust and customize the drinks. Awesome! read more

The best Taiwanese boba in the valley, hands down for me and my wife! Not your typical boba shop, DaYung's offer lots of refreshing drinks on their menu! Pink beauty is my go to drink, and with summer coming? I highly recommend trying out their drinks, they will not disappoint. I did not discover this place until their second location opened up closer to me in Chandler. We took a visit to the Tempe location this past weekend and they were just as good! The drinks are not heavily sugared like other places. The drinks aren't just made with powdered/syrup flavoring, but made with fresh tea and fruit. This location was a bit busier, and has a larger drink selection menu. I am hoping they expand these selection to the Chandler location soon! read more

I'm in love ! I have been looking for a drink stop that can accommodate morning noon and night . I love the kiwis green tea smoothie . Amongst other drinks I enjoy the black crystal tea. I was greeted as soon as I came in. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I asked for suggestions and got a few based on what I like. I ended up getting two drinks one now and one for later. Currently drinking the jade lemon with added boba. It's so delicious, I can't wait to move here to come back! When I left I was thanked again. We stopped in for some boba - green tea latte and caramel milk tea. It was delicious, a little on the pricy side I thought but I don't buy boba often this was a request of my niece. Stopped by for the grand opening day with friends. It was awesome! Sampled their Strawberry Fresh Milk and ordered that for the kiddos. Husband got the Orange Green Tea and that was super refreshing, but I have to admit the Jade Lemon ice tea was my favorite. We also got the Boba Milk Tea and that was great too. The Boba tapioca balls were perfect and they don't skimp on it at all. Can't wait to try all their other drinks, especially the grass jelly, I saw a bunch of other customers drinking that today. The ambience of the shop was modern new contemporary, very clean cut. Lastly the customer service was exceptionally nice. They asked us how our drinks were since we stayed for a bit. DaYung's Tea is new to the Tempe area and exists in a strip mall next to a large grocery store. There is ample free parking. I've been to DaYung's multiple times now and have had excellent service each time. Staff offer samples of their teas to taste and are patient in answering questions about their products. There is a good amount of seating area and tables. It seems like the place gets busy certain evenings but the wait times are to be expected for custom tea drinks. read more

Everybody in the Tempe area knows that this place has some of the best boba around. Service is super fast, but most importantly, the drinks are extremely good. I finally found a tea place that will make a milk tea without sugar and it tastes fantastic!! They offer a good selection with fresh fruit juice and natural flavors. Whenever I'm in the Tempe area I always have to stop at DaYung's! It's crazy to think that this location is the first ever DaYung's in the United States and it's doing extremely well since Arizona has been lacking good boba places until recently. With their competitive pricing (most drinks are around $4) and drinks made with real fruit instead of cheap powder and jam; DaYung's takes the boba game in Arizona to a whole different level. Personally, I find the texture of their boba to be perfect. These tapioca pearls are chewy like gummy bears and don't instantly disintegrate like boba from other places in Arizona. My top 3 drinks to get here are their boba milk tea, jasmine green tea w/ boba, and strawberry fresh milk w/ boba (fair warning: the boba will harden if you leave it in this drink or any slushy like drink for too long) all 70% sugar! The ambiance here is set up equivalent to that of boba shops in California, a chill place for friends to hang out and talk while enjoying their dessert/snack. Not only does got DaYung's the go to drinks, but they have the toppings to perfectly accompany it as well. If you are new to Arizona or haven't been to here yet, definitely give it a try! read more

Let's be honest, this is one of the best boba spots on the east side of Arizona. We truly have been disappointed with their quality. It is all imported from Taiwan and it is fresh!! I love history and i love the history of every food place. Being the foodie that I am, it is important to get an amazing cup of boba before and after any flavorful asian meals. We normally grab this on the way to KBBQ. Even if it is out of our way, it does not matter. Okay, back on track. This place is busy, fast and they get the orders done! This place is a complete disappointment. I tried their grapefruit green tea with cheese topping. and it was like drinking plain water with a weird aftertaste. There was ZERO flavor--just bland and lifeless. I kept sipping, hoping it would get better, but nope. Even topping tastes no flavor. It was a waste of money and a waste of time. The pearls themselves are very tasty with a good texture though. It's worth trying! The drinks here are not overly sweet even at 100% sugar level. I prefer less sugar generally (25% at most other places), but you can safely get 100% sugar level here without feeling like your drink is overly sweet. If you opt for less sugar, staff may warn you that it won't be sweet at all unless you get the pearls, which are sweetened by default. If you dined at Mensho Ramen next door, you can get a discount on your drink order at Xing Fu Tang if you show them your receipt. The shaved ice is delicious with the ice being made from frozen sweetened milk rather than only water. An order is huge and you can easily share with 4 people for dessert. The largest tables inside can comfortably accommodate a group of 4. You can easily pull extra chairs over if your group is bit larger. Service is curt, but they're not intentionally mean. There was a mistake one time with my order, so they made my correct drink asap and free of charge.

Well, it's not there so I'll just have to give them 5 stars again :) This is my favorite tea cafe in the valley. The vibe is very much Lofi Girl, iykyk. Super chill and a bright, open space to enjoy some delicious drinks. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. When I come here I usually get iced fruit tea, milk tea, or matcha. They have unique and well flavored drinks. On my most recent trip I ordered from the current seasonal menu. They also have fruit teas, hojicha tea, and espresso drinks. It can be helpful to check their website and see the pictures and descriptions if you're trying to decide what to choose. I had the iced jasmine matcha with oat milk and Mont Blanc foam. This is the best flavored matcha drink I've had compared to matcha drinks I've had in Japan. I watched her hand whisk the ceremonial grade powder, making it well blended and smooth. The delicate jasmine sweetness and the very citrus forward Mont Blanc foam really paired well together. The jasmine version doesn't come with that foam so I paid extra to add it, but well worth it. So delicious! In the past I used to get the earl grey milk tea and strawberry lemon green tea. I'll definitely be back, continuing to try out other drinks. I've liked everything so far from Crafti, and that's saying a lot because many boba or tea places are just too syrupy sweet for me, here it's nice flavors and sweetness.
