A quaint shop that offers all kinds of boba teas, coffees, & smoothies & located in an Asian mall in Mesa. The service is very good here & the drinks are delicious! My fellow Yelper Danielle & I came here to grab a drink & visit in the table dining area. You order at the counter & pick it up at the back door area of the shop. I got a Peach Green Tea with Boba & she got a Pineapple Green Tea with Boba. So tasty & refreshing! The shop is decorated so cute & it's small with only a couple tables. They give you a punch card upon drink purchase as well to entice you to return. I'll definitely come back!
A friend and I stopped by today for some boba, and I immediately appreciated the artistic vibe of the shop and the wide variety of tea flavors available. It was also nice to see all of the topping options displayed in person. I ordered the passion fruit tea with cheese foam and boba. Normally, I ask for very little ice, but I didn't want to be charged extra. I wasn't a fan of the upcharge for light ice or no ice especially since tea and concentrates aren't particularly expensive and I hope they reconsider this policy. That said, the tea itself was flavorful, and the boba was perfectly cooked and pleasantly sweet. I also enjoyed the overall ambiance and the dessert options available.
Honestly it was good, the boba was delicious but I really thought they would put the raspberries on top of the drink like it showed in the picture, the service from young lady was chill, I believe she was the only one there in the morning at 11am, they had desserts the size of the cup is really big for $7/$8 boba, they for sure scam though with the menu, worth a try but wouldn't recommend expecting what you see on the menu!
Decided to check out Tea Snow after passing it several times while I was going to MeKong Market. There were always tons of people inside and outside, so I knew something about it must be good. I walked inside and spoke with the staff member behind the counter who was so welcoming and patient. I told him that I wanted something not too sweet, but refreshing. He recommended a couple of teas, including the fruit tea, which was green tea infused with real fruit. I decided to add the lychee jelly. Since I did not want it too sweet he made it half sweet for me. My tea came out quick and my first sip was super amazing. Full of fruit, nice hints of sweetness, and a little tart from the green tea and lychee. I loved that there were actual fruit chunks--I actuallt got a little full from the fruit. It made for a great couple of drinks. I will be back for more, especially for just $7!
For being an average boba spot, the service couldn't be any worse. The cashier was really rude to elder folks for looking at the menu with small print. On top of that they were very rude to us placing an order. There was a line and everyone was confused on where to go and they had no patience. It's a very small place so I'm not sure what they expect being a high traffic area. Do better!
My younger and brother and I are visiting from WA state and wanted to get something refreshing to drink after we landed. We met my sister-in-law at Mekong Plaza for dim sum and decided to get drinks from Tea Snow after. I really wanted to like this place, but overall it just missed the mark. The service was not very friendly. It felt like the staff didn't really want to be there. My in-law asked if she could mix half mango and half peach for her smoothie and the young gal working the register told her she couldn't and then gave my in-law a bad look and attitude. The drinks themselves were okay, but nothing special. The flavors tasted a bit off and not very balanced. The biggest issue was the toppings. They were huge. Way too big to fit through the straw, which kind of defeats the purpose of bubble tea. I ended up having to fish them out when we got back to where we were staying, which was a bit annoying. Not the worst bubble tea I've ever had, but definitely not one I'd rush back for. The flavors didn't have much sweetness to them, even my young niece said she didn't like the drinks and she usually likes everything!
Tea snow is so good! Anytime I'm in the area I stop by, they're located in the Mekong Plaza. They have a lot of drink options and toppings to choose from. You order your drink and wait outside of the establishment in the mall so it doesn't get congested. Their service is great and they make you drink quickly no matter how busy they are. I order a golden milk half sweet with boba and sometimes I add a shot of coffee. Delicious.
Stopped by Tea Snow to get a quick, little treat. Tea Snow offers shaved snow, boba, smoothies, teas, and more. They have a very extensive drink menu; you're sure to find something you like. Tea Snow is located inside Mekong Plaza. There's no seating inside, it's designed for grab and go. They have a designated pick-up window towards the back. The staff was pleasant. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee with sea salt cream with less sugar, which I recommend as it's pretty sweet. It was strong and delicious. I would like to go back and try one of their tempting shaved snows!

Wowwww... finally I found something different--not just all about Boba but also a good crazy mixed with variety of drinks that make it hard to decide, but whatever you go for--Its goooood! The service is amazing, simple , fast delivery. The menu is a large selection that you may need some time to think about it before you walk in -- but it's all about what is the most interesting drink for you, or ask the staff there, they know their good stuffs. The shop can walk through, order than go, they don't really have a table for you to sit down, but I personally think grab and go is sound make a lot of sense since the location is in MaeKong Plaza( Asian Market) Come and check it out yourself, you will love it! read more

We have been to Tea Snow numerous times and they have an insane amount of options to choose from. I absolutely love their mango coco cream, which is more like a thick smoothie. This go around I just tried their mango milk tea. It was sweet with a good amount of mango flavor, not overwhelming at all. My go to is always their brown sugar boba, it has better flavor than their honey boba. They also offer an upgrade to a large for only 25 cents more, it's the best option every time. If you are in the market, definitely stop in. You will be sure to find a good option with their large menu. read more
A lot of really unique flavors here! I ended up choosing cookies and cream light sweet whatever that means :) And of course I added Boba! It's okay, mostly tastes like iced green tea. They weren't able to provide me much by way of description to help me decide so it would be fun to have samples or descriptions of how the drinks differed. read more

I've been coming here for years, but never remember to write a review. Service is good here but sometimes waiting for drinks can take a bit even when there's no line. I do love all the options they have though and being able to kind of create your own drink as well read more

Came to tea snow after grabbing some food at one of the restaurants inside the market. It was the perfect desert! I got the cookies and cream blended with boba. The boba was actually really creamy, and was really flavorful. We got our order fast. Would definitely come back! read more

Not bad overall Easy to order and they have a frequent buyer card Order then get your drinks on the far right side They also have desserts for purchase too 5 color dessert: overall tasty, little sweet for me so I just let my ice melt some. The sticky bottom and red beans I felt like ratio could be less, wanted more of the jelly toppings for balance, after a while just felt like was eating red bean and coconut milk. Would get it again though:) read more

OMGEeee. The Tea!!! I occasionally stop into this repurposed shopping center. It looks like it was a small mall in yesteryear. Today it's home to a number of Asian themed and owned businesses. This includes a number of restaurants with yummy eats. When you're done with lunch or dinner, Tea Snow is a must! I cannot walk past this place without grabbing the Raspberry Black Iced Tea. It's flavorful and has just the right amount of sweetness. In the past. The regular size was fine, but I've become an addict and now upgrade to the large. (I can't even blame the hot summer.) They have a fairly extensive menu. In addition to teas, there are smoothies. There are lots of ways to customize, but read on. The service here needs a little bit of an upgrade. If you're craving a plain iced tea, forget about sweetening it your way. When I asked for Splenda, the Employee was clueless and had no idea what I was talking about. How can someone who works in a tea restaurant not know what Splenda is? (BTW, they don't offer it.). Also, the speed is inconsistent. You may wait less than 5 minutes or up to 20. You never know. It's a good thing the Raspberry Black Iced Tea is so good here. If it weren't, I'd skip Tea Snow. read more

Located in the Mekong plaza, this place was buzzing for a Sunday afternoon. The entry is very narrow but opens up inside. They have a nice video at the entrance for their specials and a pamphlet for their drinks with pictures. It can get overwhelming with the options they have. I wanted to get a milk based tea like Okinawa which they don't carry but settled for a chai tea and mango smoothie with lychee jelly. The chai tea was filled with cinnamon and sugar, too watery for my taste. I didn't like the look nor the flavor. Mango smoothie was pretty good and was refreshing. The service is quick and the people upfront are very sweet too. The pricing is not bad. Overall it wasn't a hit but not a miss either. read more

This is a water down taro smoothie that i ordered today at Tea snow in mekong shopping center. Called them up to let them know about my purchase and spoke to Toka he keeps saying i understand but he said that we'll give u discount when u come back, i said i want a refund or a drink replacement not a discount since he even admitted that the employee did add water to my drink. I'm not sure if this is a language barrier miscommunication but i want a refund or a drink replacement went i go back there. read more
There are so many boba options in this area, Tea Snow is an easy and trusted go-to. I only ever crave their Jasmine Milk Tea, so this is the only place I will get it from. They have good service. Just ring the bell at the register when you get it or when you're ready to order. They are always busy when I'm in the area, so the wait can be a bit long, but it's nothing to egregious. If you're ever in Mesa definitely check out tea snow inside of the Mekong market! My drink was the perfect blend of sweet and refreshing, our drinks were made in a timely manner. The only bad thing was there was no seating but overall I was not disappointed with my experience at tea snow. read more

You GOTCHA have MATCHA with BOBA! After getting my groceries at Mekong, I was happy to discover Tea Snow, a cute boba drink spot inside. There was a line when I got there. But good thing is that they have menu cards displayed while you wait in line, making it easy to browse through their different flavors to choose from without straining to read the menu on the wall. It was overwhelming to see the variety of flavors that I wanted to try all, if only I could. The young girl at the counter was incredibly helpful, taking the time to describe several choices to me. I ended up ordering their matcha smoothie with boba and whipped cream, and it did not disappoint. The matcha flavor was rich complemented by the chewy boba and the light, fluffy whipped cream on top. Matcha has always been my go-to flavor. The prices were very affordable and the service was quick. I will definitely be back to try more of their flavorful drinks and desserts. So, if you are in Mekong Plaza, be sure to stop by Tea Snow and treat yourself to your choice of boba drink. read more
I've been here probably 10 times now, I always get the Taro with coconut cream. Today I decided to change it up and got the Golden Milk Bubble. I enjoy coming here, quick in and out vibe. The young lady who makes the drinks is crazy fast at it! Never waited longer than 2 minutes for one. The atmosphere is nice, the place is nicely decorated. Ambiance: This cute spot is in the perfect place for boba since it's right inside the Mekong plaza where there is a ton of Asian restaurants and markets. More of a to go concept. Sprung for the Taro coconut cream with boba - thick, creamy, dairy free and delicious! I'm sure it was 600 calories, but hey, it's the holidays. My sister got the orange creamsicle with boba, and my brother got the sunset with boba. It was a family affair. There are a few tables but it is mostly a grab and go type of place fitted with a delivery window. We enjoyed our flavorful drinks and will be back for more. read more

Average tea place, as reflected in the rating. A lot of variety in the menu, which is often an indication that everything will just be okay instead of great. Fine for a sweet treat, but don't expect the best tea. Thai tea - to their credit, this was a good flavor and I saw tiny tiny tea leaves settling at the bottom of my drink. Boba had a good chew albeit no flavor. Not my favorite pearls ever Had a bit of a wait with a small crowd outside, but drinks came out at a reasonable time. Pick up window is near the back of the store/closer to the entrance of the plaza. read more

Tea Snow is my all-time favorite Boba place!!! I'm from California. This place consistently has great quality drinks, doesn't matter what you order (I've had Thai tea, golden bubble, royal milk tea, taro and coconut milk blended, mango, taro). Their drinks are always packed full of flavor. The Boba itself is same quality as Omomo in California if you're familiar, but without the line. Squishy and bouncy. Golden Bubble: If you love brown sugar boba, this drink is the drink for you. I also have a huge sweet tooth and this drink is sweetness overload Royal Milk Tea with pudding, grass jelly, and boba: This milk tea tastes closer to Hong Kong style milk tea so it's a favorite for us, they have great grass jelly and pudding as well Taro with coconut blended: very strong coconut flavor taste, if that's not for you then opt for the regular taro There's no seating area, you order at the counter and then wait out in the mall area for them to call your number from the window. SUMMARY: I love this place because again, consistency in quality, strength in flavor, and usually a short wait to get your drink!! They're also one of the more affordable options from what I've seen in the area. 5 stars all around!! read more

Came in after an event and was greeted right away by the staff. Ordered 5 drinks to go. Store was clean and welcoming. I like that they have a variety of items. Drink hit the spot and glad to find a place in Mesa to stop when in town! Love that they have a punch card system! read more

They need to change their photo of the spicy watermelon on their menu, there was no pieces of watermelon on the top of the drink. Drink was good but I bought it for the watermelon pieces on top, if I knew there wasn't going to be any I wouldn't have bought it. read more
