I've been here at this salon twice both getting a pedi and a full set of acrylic nails. I always gotten my nails done by Kelly she's amazing but I'm soon going to try Nam I've seen his work on Instagram which I'm impressed. They give you free tea and make your stay amazing. So far no complaints, unfortunately because I'm going to be working at a Vet clinic I can't get my long acrylics like I always do. Hopefully an occasion will come where I'm able to get my nails done. I'm disappointed in this place. I have been going to Dazzle for 5 years. I knew the previous owner, and the girls that worked for her. One of the reasons I came to Dazzle is because most of the staff spoke really good English. I am a VERY shy person and going to a shop where I can't communicate with the technician made my anxiety flare up. The girls who worked for the previous owner all knew me, and I had several girls help me. Now, they are all gone. I continued to go there after it got a new owner. However, now I can't communicate with most of the staff again. It's nothing against the culture or the people. My anxiety just makes it hard. On top of that, the last few times I've been there, the quality is not what it used to be, and the staff are not as good. Every single time I get my nails done, they cut me. The last time really did it in for me. It was a younger, male technician. When he cut me, he literally said "now, I can see you bleed red," and he laughed. It made me SO uncomfortable. What kind of thing is that to say?!?! He even showed other technicians and laughed about it more! Like I said, I have been coming here for about 5 years. Finally found my favorite nail shop. Kelly and all of her employees take their time with all of their customers. I have never felt rushed and if Kelly isn't satisfied with her work, she'll keep going until it's fixed. I've had both shellac and dip..dip usually lasts me at least 3 weeks. Her husband is always attentive, making sure our drinks are filled and the customer flow is running smoothly. Very laid back but chic atmosphere. Very well kept and clean. So glad this place is so close to me! Not sure what one of the previous yelpers was talking about though..Kelly has always been very professional when it comes to her customers. I have broken nails..but that's on me. If you are hard on your nails and they are long at that, you can't expect for them to not get damaged or broken. read more

This place is great! I was recommended by a friend since I was looking for a new nail technician, not to mention it's closer to me than my previous girl. I came in on a Thursday afternoon around 2:30 requesting Tammy (without an appointment) and was taken in right away. Tammy is awesome! She was so nice and pretty informative about how much each service would cost before getting too far ahead. She makes sure you understand and are comfortable with the total price of your service (so there aren't any surprises at the end). Her work is great and I love my nails! She's very particular and makes sure everything looks great and that you love your nails too. I loved that she kept asking me if there was anything I wanted her to change or fix as I kept looking at my nails as she did them. She takes her time and makes sure everything is just right! The salon itself looked very clean and up to date. Tammy even told me that they were going to be adding some new things for their customers soon. The owner of the salon was also there and made conversation with me. He seemed very nice and I saw him make a young boy very comfortable with snacks, candy, and a massage on a pedicure spa chair while his mother got her services done. (This is a plus for me since I'm a mother myself.) I'll definitely be making my way back for my refill in the coming weeks. They are trying to nickel and dime you now. This is upsetting because this has been my favorite place to come for a long time and I've recommended it to so many people. I've been coming to Dazzle for around 3 years now and they never disappoint. I rarely break a nail. I can make my sets last 4-6 weeks with no lifting. Everyone in here is very nice and and the atmosphere is very positive. They offer all kinds of stuff. From acrylic, dipping, gel, and/or regular polish. I came with my friend yesterday to get a refill and 1) they charged me the same amount for a full set. 2) the lady was bossy and rude. She kept patting my hands cause my freaking thumb doesn't move a certain way saying "loosen up". 3) the manicure itself. She went over my cuticle line on my freaking skin. As you can see in the pictures she did a very sloppy job and she put the acrylic powder on too thick. Looks like someone glued silly putty to my hands and put clear gel coating on top, also she was very rough with my nails. After years of coming here, and working through the changes in ownership, along with inexperienced staff, and new personnel, I reached my limit. -came in for a color change because it was the first time they'd done chrome nails. The color was horrible. Returned the next day to correct this and was charged an additional $20. - received a pedicure and full set by the new staff members from California, only to rerun in three days to have both rectified. Paying for a pedicure again. -was charged $60 for a pedicure, my final draw. When I explained my concerns I was told not to worry the chelac would last longer. I came in for a manicure and pedicure with my friend on a Saturday morning about 30 mins after it opened, and we were able to be seated right away. We did not have appointments. The color selection was not as extensive as some shops I've been to, but I was still easily able to find colors that I wanted- a pale pink with a gold glitter accent ring finger. My friend and I were able to sit next to each other for our manicure. The express manicure (the normal manicure I always expect) was only $12. I made the technician aware that I had high nail beds, and she made extra sure not watch out for them to avoid cutting me. As I became nervous anyways out of habit, she switched tools and shaped me a coffin shape with something that made me less anxious to get my skin clipped. I really appreciated that. My friend was seated in the pedicure chair separately as by this time the seats were all filled up and we could not sit together. That was fine though because we did not have appointments. I was allowed to let my nails dry and only ended up waiting about 15 mins before a chair opened for me. I was immediately offered a choice of a drink (wine, mimosas, soda, water), and I was asked after the water temperature to make sure it was perfect. My technician worked diligently despite this only being an Express Pedicure ($20). I was slightly bothered that there were no pedicure tub liners, however I did observe the previous technician thoroughly cleaning the tub prior to my turn. Overall, this was a decent place for a mani-pedi. They even have a special from Mon-Wed for $25! It's not as fancy and modern as some places, but it is still a step above the average nail shop with this price range. The decorations definitely follow its name- it was "dazzling", and so were my nails! I will be back for the regular maintenance of my nails. If I need something fancier, maybe I'll spend the money on other shops. read more
