I was really impressed by this nail salon - enough that this will become my regular nail place. I've tried a few nail salons near-by but had not found anything I liked enough to replace my nail salon. I've been to several places around my area, but none of those salon has been up to par as Dazzle Nails and Spa. I cannot say enough good things about this place -- I always recommend this place to all of my friends and family. This place is basically a home away from home. All of the nail technicians are great and I even consider them my girlfriends where I can come relax and joke and gossip with them. Everyone knows english too, so there weren't an english barrier. The salon is also really clean compared to some other salons that I've been to in the past. That really helps, especially since the only language I know is english. First of all, immediately upon walking in, they greet you nicely and welcome you in. I noticed that they kindly offered everyone a free drink (water- room temperature or cold, sodas- coke, diet coke, and sprite, and the best of all WINE- red, white, moscato, chardonnay, champagne, and mimosa)! They have good quality polishes and a decent selection of colors. They have all sorts of color on a wall, and all of their OPI nail polishes on another wall. I came in this time for a full set and a pedicure. They have a TON of different colors for powder, and they always do a excellent job. My full set came out just like how I wanted it. I've already received a lot of compliments at work. The girls at this salon are very updated on what is trendy now-a-days and even recommended some suggestions whenever I got stuck on what to do with my hands. After I was done with my full set I started on my pedicure. I was very happy with my pedi, which is the Dazzle (Ashley did a great job and took her time). I was relaxed and it really helped, especially after leg days at the gym. Their chairs were comfortable and the salon had great light. Best of all, the girls are really sweet and made sure I was comfortable. I can't stress how great service is here. There was a huge rainstorm last night and I noticed the sweet owner making repeated trips with an umbrella to help women get into their cars without getting soaked. So sweet. I don't usually leave reviews but ... This place is definitely my new favorite nail place to go to! I've been looking around for nail places that are able to do nail designs and this place was perfect. If you go to their instagram, you can see tons of their amazing work, especially Kelly's work. I fell in love with how she did her nails and made an appointment with her but unfortunately she wasn't available. However, I worked with Jay and he's really easy to talk to and super patient with your nails making them look extra perfect. He's the one that did my nails! I am so in love with them and so glad that I got to work with him. While getting my nails done, I noticed how friendly the staff was with each other and I felt comfortable around them (If you're Vietnamese, you will get a little laugh from how they tease each other lol) ... a feeling you'd get while being around family, sort of. I will visit here more often for sure!! On the more constructive criticism side... after leaving, I noticed a speck on my nail and the edge of one of my nails needed to be filed a little bit more. Other than that, it was perfect. (seriously) I also got to talk to Kelly and I'm telling you guys..... THIS PLACE IS THE PLACE. And also what I like about it is that they tell you exactly what they'll do and how much your bill will be before they start. Not like the other scummy salons that likes to lure you into trying new things and not tel you the cost but charges you afterwards. -they offer drinks (wine, soda, water) before they start your service. -CAN DO ANY DESIGNS UPON REQUEST -many different variety of pedi and manis -friendly and helpful I brought in a picture on pinterest and cookie did it exactly if not better than the picture! I have been going to Dazzle for about a year now and the owner Cookie usually does my nails but unfortunately she wasn't available this week so she suggested I try another technician so she put me with Thomas and although he is not very talkative (which some ppl like) he listened when I explained what/how I like my nails and I never had to repeat myself. He heard me and did my nails to perfection! I'm very comfortable seeing a different tech now and today was a very pleasant experience. I love this place! I have been coming for a little over a year! The establishment is beautifully decorated and always clean! The staff is amazing and very accommodating and they serve a specialty fruit infused tea that is so refreshing! My nail tech is Kelly, we share birthdays and she is like my home girl and my pedicures are done by Cherry, but I've also experienced Lynn, Tracey, and Jay (he's a guy) and all of them do excellent work! They are always offering me something amazing (the taro milk tea is my fav!) while I get my nails done by Nam. I've been to plenty of nail shops in the Pearland/Houston area and I can honestly say, Nam is the best and polite nail tech. He always takes his time to leave my nails looking great if it's a full set or even just a refill. I have been going to Dazzle Nail for 6 years!!! I have never had any problems with nails lifting like other salons. I wear a lot of bling on my nails and the glue they use is awesome and I never loose any stones! I highly recommended them and they can get you in and out fast.
