This place really sucks. First of all, they make sure if your going with Groupon deal or paying full price before they make you appointment. Stupid. I asked for a sexy cateye look, they put me all straight lashes the same size all. When i specially pointed out to her what i wanted. So i told her to fix it and if they had a way to fix and her coworker told her to trim it with a small scissor and she refused and they both started arguing in a foreign language. Pathetic! Her coworker end up "trimming" them but not really SO I HAD TO DRIVE MYSELF TO THE DRUG STORE GET A SCISSOR AND FIX THEM MYSELF ‍ and now I went to get my lashes done on Saturday. It was my first time getting eye lash extensions and Cici did an amazing job. She explained to me about the different options I can get mink, silk, premium silk etc and either natural sexy or dramatic. I decided to go with premium silk and the natural look, the lashes are so light that it doesn't bother me at all. During the process I was so relaxed I fell asleep, total time for a new set was 45 min during my visit. I woke up and I loved my lashes. It's been a week now and there isn't much of a change. The actual process was accurate and efficient. Cici talks to you as much as you like, and I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep! (It's a good thing, meaning I wasn't worried). Soooo, when this place first opened, they were great. Now that they have a lil popularity..they've shown their true hating racist selves. I went there, tried to use Groupon. They requested that I not buy the Groupon and pay cash. They wanted to charge an extra $10 to take off 3 lashes from 1 eye. They attempted to use scotch tape under my eye and on the lids...stating Groupon customers had to pay extra for eyepads. Then they did the infamous Asian Nail Salon move and talked about me in their language. Negative Vibes are Universal language....It was so bad I got up and asked for my money back! So disappointed with my lashes, I bought a package which I've been doing for a long time, and I had a new set today and they look so thin. I always do premium silk. I told them my bday was Sunday and I wanted my lashes to look amazing and full and they said ok no problem, after 2 hours of doing them I can't tell you how awful they look. I've never had a problem here with my lashes. I asked if I can come back another day so they can fix them and they said no. Will never return...This salon was pretty clean here and simple, however, I was very unhappy with the final result of the eyelashes applied. I requested "gorgeous" cat-eye 13mm C-curl double lashes and a gentleman applied them... The end result had me looking like I should be in a burlesque show.. almost like I had a cheap lash strip on with the longest length he could find. I felt as though, you should know what kind of look you are trying to give and I felt like my application was done by an amateur trying to make money and be greedy. I tried to brush them and brush them and no matter what, they were horrible. I have been using individual lashes for years and I love voluminous lashes but I also love a natural look, like I was born with it... these lashes were excessively applied.. he didn't stagger the lashes and mix different sizes with the 13mm so there was no cat-eye effect... they were ALL THE SAME EXACT LENGTH and they seemed to be a very cheap brand because they were flat lashes to give off the voluminous look but they were excessively glossy and felt very weird... not light like hairs on your lashes but like a plastic made to mimic hair. I didn't want to cause a scene in the salon and not pay because you know with some Asian salons or (politically correct) "ethnically selective" salons, they tend to get angry when you "cause problems" so, I paid and left. As soon as I got home, I promptly removed them with my eyelash adhesive remover (BEWARE: DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME UNLESS SOMEONE WITH AN INDIVIDUAL EYELASH CERTIFICATION DOES IT FOR YOU...) and made another appointment with a salon a block away for a few hours later that I was more familiar with and had lashes applied here before. Moral of the story here: Don't believe the hype here with this new salon. I have looked through the photos here and I liked the looks applied but I also believe they used a few filters on the photos posted and my bad experience may also be because I had a man apply these lashes, so he might not have been able to visually grasp the concept of false lashes on a woman so they were poorly applied. I more than likely won't return because I also felt like they use cheap products here and as a certified lash technician, I know when shops are deliberately cutting corners to save money. There are other lash places close by with better lashes and better applications and technicians. BUYER BEWARE. read more

I decided to give this place a try after reading reviews that they do exceptional work regardless of being a Yelp Deal customer or not. I made an appointment on a weekend morning. Cici was friendly and explained to me the different style options, and we decided to go with "natural" length, c-curl, and cat-eye shape. The procedure took about an hour and when I first opened my eyes it stung a little (because of the glue) and made me teary. Not a big deal. When I looked myself in the mirror, I was really satisfied and happy with the way it came out- my lashes looked very long & voluminous, something I was never able to achieve with mascara alone. About a week later, my lashes started to get tangled and I had this "tugging" pain at the root of lashes. I had no idea what was causing this pain because I've been cautious & thought I've been taking good care of them. A few days later I realized that the cause of the pain was that, there were 2-3 of my NATURAL EYELASHES glued onto SINGLE FALSE EYELASH. As my natural lashes started growing out at a different rate, it was getting tangled up and tugging at the roots (nobody would understand this pain unless they've personally gone through this!!). I tried to brush it out and remove the ones that were tangled but it was just too many, and I would only end up pulling off my natural eyelashes WITH the false eyelash attached (they do use really strong glue), which was even more painful. See attached picture of what happened. After trying out different salons, I realized that the pain & tangling problem I experienced doesn't happen if theres is no excessive glue used or multiple-lash attachments done. I don't know if it's just me that experienced this since majority of these reviews are positive but nonetheless I will not be going to back to this place again. read more

Came here yesterday for the first time to get my lashes done and I must say As I arrived I saw a girl and a guy that worked there . The place was very clean which I loved! When the young girl grabbed her jacket and said she will be back I was like what?! Where are you going , I need my lashes done ( I said this in my head ) lol Then David says he's going to do it and I was like whoa! I don't know ?!! .... I must say David was wonderful and very polite! I loved this place and swore by it for my lashes (abby does an amazing job) until I walked in today for a 3-week fill in and was denied it because it was 2 days past 3 weeks. I had to get a new set of lashes. Why would I waste my time when I have 50 lashes on each eye getting a whole new set for extra money? I could have gone another 2 weeks without a fill in because they looked good. I just thought how it was funny how once I said never mind and walked out of there the lady came to the door saying never mind it's okay. This place definitely wasn't what I expected. I bought a groupon for 70 lashes and I asked for 90 lashes and was ok to pay the extra charge. I got my eyelash extensions done on a Saturday, from Last Sat to be exact, my left eye has like no lashes while my right eye looks like it was just done. I called to see if they would put me in to fix this and they totally disregarded what I requested and told me it was my fault they came off. Lol. My other eyelash spa was my go to and the lashes NEVER OR VERY SELDOMLY came off. As do normal natural lashes. But it should NOT look like they didn't put the exact amount of lashes on each eye. read more
