I tried contacting him but was sent to the automated scheduling service again. I was texted by the technician hours after my appointment stating that the service can't be completed on my schedule date, and we would need to schedule it in 2-3 days. Thankfully I had already contacted a different company that was able to see my appliance same day. Low review is based on scheduling practices and communication.

Luis replied to my phone call for help immediately My daughter moved into a new house and the back of the house just wasn't getting cool enough. Turns out the HVAC system was really meant for a 2 bedroom 1200 sq ft. house which it was before it was remodeled to a 1900+ sq ft house. Luis recommended a 3 ton to replace the 2 ton one. He was very upfront about the cost and the time is would take, 1 day. He installed a brand he was familiar with and had installed many times. He said if it broke parts are readily available. The crew came at 9 am and was done by 5 pm, just as Luis said they would. Victor and Elie completed the work. They put down drop cloths on the pathway from the front door to the unit installation. Luis also worked on the outside unit. They were vacuuming and cleaning up by 4:30 pm. The price was exactly as quoted. It was a very fair and reasonable price. The AC is now cooling all of the house, just in time for summer! My daughter has signed up for the maintenance plan and I am certain she will always have a fair and honest AC person to work with her. In and out, it's was a easy job, checked out the Puron refrigerant for leaks. They also did a walk through on the furnace to see if there was any issues with it, it's 32 years old, nothing there to fix. We also used them on new construction adding a 1T split system that another GC was trying to do......learning on the job, so I took it away from him. These technicians are thorough, clean, quick, and the best part....on time. It's the old saying, you get what you paid for.

Long story short, this company came out to fix my AC. They didn't fix it because their excuse was that recharging it with freon will take all day. They tried to up-sale the management company with a duct cleaning service for my unit and told me they can do that when they comeback to fix my AC???? My manager told me the ducts couldn't be cleaned because they are old and if necessary they would need to be replaced. Mind you I was without AC in 90°+ F weather for a week and a half until they came back today and told me they couldn't clean the ducts but the can fix the AC. Obviously!!!! That was the whole reason why they came out the first time and should have fixed the AC then! It was very frustrating because I also had to miss work the 2nd time for this unnecessary mistake on their part. I hope the management comapny stays away from this AC company.

Do Not Trust this Company and they will send out a Pushy and Cocky Salesman to sell you a new $30K-40K AC/Heating System. AC went down and I wanted a 2nd opinion on our issue(s) and the Company sent out a very Nice Technician by the name of Edward Albert. He tested the system and checked it all out and advised me on what he found. Then he advised that a 2nd "Technician" was coming out to review everything and advised me on my options. This "2nd Technician" was nothing more than a Used-Car Salesperson. He was short, cocky and full of Salesman B.S. He laid out a bunch of Sales Brochures and started on his 4 Option of Equipment. When I asked him to quote me on all 4 so I could see the pricing, He stated I am only going to quote you on the 3 "Better Ones" (more expensive of course) and that the low option was "not for me" (whatever that means). He then writes down 3 quotes on a sheet of paper from about $32K to $40K and asks me to pick one and that they can start in 2 days. I told him that I needed to review the information and to please email me the 3 quotes. He then tells me that he can't leave any of the "Sales" information as it is "Proprietary company information". Who is he kidding? It's sales information on what he is trying to sell me. So, I then he states that he will email me a quote and which one I wanted. I explained that I wanted to look at the 3 quotes and then decide based on this information and he then states that he can ONLY Send 1 Quote and pick one. This is unacceptable and a horrible business practice.
