Guys came to check out my ac which wasnt working. I ALREADY hosed down the outside unit. They did it again. Never told them too. Told them it was the fuses. It was obvious i just did it the hose was there...then they hosed down an airfilter in the house. Took 7 minutes. They replaced two fuses. The fuses cost about $20-30 maybe cheaper. They take advantage that they think people dont know. I told them it was the fuses. I didnt ask them to clean any filters. They charged me $225. Never again. 225 for 15 minutes of work i didnt ask for and 2 fuses. read more

The most awful thing happened... our HVAC unit stopped working on a Friday (7/27) night of a hot weekend. First thing Saturday (7/28) Morning, I called Sav-On to see when they could come inspect my unit. I was shocked when they stated they would be there in an under an hour. Sav-On worked hard to restore the unit to working order, but it was dead. Sav-On returned Monday (7/30) morning to install a brand new unit, that was up a running in 3 hours. Long story short, my kitchen remodel guy switched off the circuit breaker for my ac unit, and never switched it back on before leaving. The Sav-On tech made time to come come a day earlier than expected, he identified the problem in just a few minutes, then he fixed it with the flick of a finger. A shadier person would have tried to upsell me on some parts and servicing I didn't need, but these guys are always honest, and they have NEVER tried to take advantage of me in all my years of calling them. For example, today the guy REFUSED to charge me the full diagnostic fee since it was just a silly thing that only took a few minutes to figure out. This, even though I was completely willing to pay the full amount. That's integrity, that's treating customers right, and its why I'll always call Sav-On when my system goes down. read more
