We talked about my concerns about our tile, which is extensive in our home. Then we went to the master-bath and discussed the glass door and glass enclosure wall, of the shower. It was covered by hard water and soap build up. Another area was the tile pan in the same bathroom. The color had turned darker and it was difficult to get it cleaned, like it once looked when it was new. I definitely feel we were given a very good price for the work that was done. Jim and Kim worked on their knees for hours, cleaning our tile and scrubbing the grout. Jim spent a good amount of time on our shower. The results were amazing. Our tile color looked like it was brand new! The grout color was perfect again. The bathroom glass door and enclosure, looked like it was just installed.....so cleaning and bright! I could see the shower pan looking through the bottom of the glass door. But wait!!!!! After all the beauty of our glass shower coming alive with a clean sparkling effect, the shower pan was absolutely perfect! The grout color and tile was exactly the same color as when it was installed 16 years ago. I really can't thank Jim & Kim enough for the beautiful job they did for our home. When I first met them, I called my daughters and told them that Jim & Kim, were the nicest people, that I have ever met. They did such a great job explaining the process of the cleaning and answered all our questions. They were so respectful, kind, and fun to talk to as well. During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. We wanted the floors revived and refinished before we moved in, and Vlad and his brothers were communicative, transparent, quick, and professional. Our project was split into multiple steps (because of us, not them) and they graciously planned around us and came back multiple times throughout the project. They even gave us the suggestion of starting the floors, and then coming back to finish them after we finished painting walls because of dust, debris, etc., to make sure we were happiest with the end result. When we had questions or any concerns, they were quick to call, give tips, and come back to assess or change something based on our preferences. They even gave us some of the product they used so we could match our baseboards and fill them the way they suggested. I would highly recommend them for any flooring project.

I would start off by saying I had three pieces of furniture refinished by Kennedy's Refinishing…read moreback in 2011 and he did an outstanding job. (Pictures of those pieces added to this review.) So this is to follow up on that with a final piece of furniture he did just last week. All four pieces of furniture belonged to my grandmother and I'm sure are older than me (I'm 64) which of course would make them antiques. I went to my first Everett Home Show in 2011 and that's where I saw the Kennedy's Refinishing booth. It was talking to him at that time and seeing pictures of what he'd already done that inspired me to bring the first three pieces to him. As I said he did an outstanding job! But this review is for the final piece. This last piece was broken into several pieces. Sadly there was one small piece I couldn't find which is why it took me 9 years to bring it to him. Once I found that last piece I immediately took pictures and emailed him for not only an estimation and quote but even if this little table was salvageable. He replied yes it was and how long it would take to restore and the cost estimate, which I readily agreed to. He originally said two weeks but he actually got it restored in just one week! And you can see from the pictures, he did an amazing job!! I cannot thank Mr. Kennedy enough for restoring these priceless family treasures to their original pristine condition! I highly recommend Kennedy's Furniture Refinishing to anyone needing their most valuable furniture pieces restored.
