He remained positive that this was going to happen (purchasing the car) I had my doubts. We get back and crunched numbers. I wasn't happy with the first payment but he kept negotiating and boom! Got a deal I could not pass up! No other dealership bothered to make a deal with me literally no other company. I'm beyond thrilled to have a new car and highly recommend working with Eric. It's been well over a month at this point and no updates on parts, but have got plenty of solicitations/texts on signing up for their discounted plan/services. I drive a fleet/company vehicle which they know and have no use of whatever they're offering. They said my steering wheel control buttons and backup camera were bad and needed replaced and that they "re-flashed" my shifter button. I don't know what they were talking about but none of it needed replaced. Firestone fixed a loose battery cable issue that was causing the shifter issue and Reddit help me fix re-seating the camera harness that fixed the back up camera and steering buttons. Haven't had any issues since Firestone fixed the main battery issue. No call back, no updates, spammy texts, and saying I needed parts I didn't...No, I don't recommend taking a vehicle here.

Car checked out and I believe it was fair, I got what I wanted and they made a good profit! To me that's a win win. I've only had the car a week so I will update this in awhile see how it goes, it's always a risk buying a used car.

Very dishonest and misleading dealership. Their listing for a 2014 Honda CR-V stated that the…read morevehicle had new brakes all around and excellent tires. In addition, during a phone call with Michael Megresh, the owner, he told me the tires were new all around. I live about an hour away, so I did not want to drive there until I had financing arranged through a third party. I relied on the statements in their listing and on what I was told over the phone. Those statements, which are still on their website, were completely false and, in my opinion, borderline fraudulent. Because I was seriously interested in the vehicle, I paid $195 to have a well-respected independent pre-purchase inspection company inspect the car. The inspection found that the brake pads were only about 50%. The tires were mismatched, with three of one kind and one different tire. The tread depth was only 4/32nds. One tire had a gash in the sidewall, and another tire was badly worn on the outside edge. One of the most important things to me was finding a vehicle with good tires and good brakes so I would not immediately have to spend money on maintenance. I assumed the description they posted on every site where they listed the car was truthful. It was not. It could not have been more misleading. When I called the salesperson I had been dealing with, he said he had given the matter to his boss. That is when I called Mr. Megresh. I have never been treated so rudely as a customer. He told me my inspection company was lying to me and did not know what they were doing. What possible motive would an independent inspection company have to give me false information? Despite the inspection results, he still insisted the tires were excellent and the brakes were new. Then he had the nerve to offer only $200 off the price of the vehicle. The only reason I paid for the inspection was because I relied on their representations that the vehicle had new brakes and excellent, or supposedly new, tires. Both of those statements were false. All I asked for was reimbursement of my $195 inspection fee because their misleading listing caused me to spend that money. Whatever you do, stay away from this dealership. In my opinion, they made false and fraudulent statements in their listing and over the phone, treated me rudely when confronted with the inspection results, and refused to take responsibility. They will tell you anything to sell a car. Be very careful.

These guys are a joke. I went on their website and asked to test drive a car. Their auto attendant/email said to stop in. I did -- but because the car was on their showroom, they couldn't get it down for me. I then made an appointment to come back a few days later. I also left my phone number so they could call if it wasn't avail-able. When I came back, the owner said "oh, those cars aren't for test drives. Are you ready buy it today?" When I said yes if I like he, he smirked and said l'd have to make an appointment. I just walked out after taking two 45-minute (each way) trips. The whole place seems sketchy and shady. The worst experience of my life, no pride no shame . These people and company are what most people think of used cars sales people and shops. They are the bottom of the bottom ,stay away Duane Beware future buyers...bought a used 2009 Volvo (only 123k miles) with identified acceptable minor issues like a malfunctioning ignition key fob motor, a crack on the side fender etc. However, within an hour of driving the car from the lot the driver side glass mirror flew right off, like it was super glued on. They were not willing to assist, look at it, or deal with the issue and did not return any phone calls. Understand the car was purchased "as is"; with the mirror on when I viewed it, but for a mirror to fall off, especially in that amount of time is shady, at the least a poor business stan-dard. Not sure now what else might be wrong. The staff was initially nice and worked out a decent price to settle on, but take caution of hidden problems with this place. Just wish I read other reviews beforehand. Hope this information helps others. Avoid. This was on a car they were asking high end KBB for. I won't stop back on their lot again. Perry P. The cars are pretty and dressed up inside & out, but most likely not fully functional. I wouldn't stop by at all, considering the extended reviews throughout the net (short ones are most likely fake). but if you see a car you just HAVE to have (like me), come prepared with an OBDII scanner handy, and a PERSONAL mechanic if you arent savy yourself. And thats only if youre paying outright, too. Their financing is downright predatory. They will DESTROY you with markups and act like a 53% interest rate is 24% (they literally tried that with me XD) My experience started on Autotrader to find a car. Billed as "no issues, mechanically perfect, redone everything" I was in-terested, but leery, as "mom and pop" dealerships don't have the biggest reputation around. I called a few times about the car, emailed one of the employees and set up a correspondence and all my questions were answered on time and as far as I could tell, truthfully. I took the drive from Michigan, and when I got to the lot I started to poke around. However this is where the problems started, and it's partially my fault for taking things too quickly because it was getting late by the time I got there and my own car broke down so l was in a big rush to get another one. They let me test drive the car by myself which was good. I did a checklist, however in my hustle there were a few items which I should have double checked. When I got back to the lot and asked more questions about the car but the employee I emailed and called wasn't there and the staff had no idea about any of the history questions with the car, or even operate any of the equipment in the shop as I wanted it lifted to check underneath. That should have set up a red flag, but in my rush I decided to buy and left with the car. This is where the problems started. - When I left the lot the AC stopped blowing cold at all. Recharging didn't fix the problem as I had hoped. There was a leak in the compressor which happens to be the most expensive part to replace. - After a week of driving my power steering went out, and it appears that it has been leaking for a while. - Some very noticeable squeaking from the wheel bearings started to show up, and the brakes were also very loud despite being brand new, I expected that the noise would die down as I wore on them but it never got better. - Various belts started to fray also weeks after driving it to replace as it was an AWD car and all tires needed to be re-placed. - It turns out that the alignment on t
