Minor Con: There is no courtesy shuttle, so plan on having a ride or hailing an Uber in case your car is there overnight. I limped my car into the shop and asked if they had any spares. He quickly went out to inspect the damage and went through his inventory seeing if he had a replacement. Unfortunately my car had a weird size that wasn't easily found, but he did have one brand new. However I didn't have much money on me to pay for a brand new tire (which was a reasonable price) but he ended working with me and found a gently used tire that was very near my normal size and way less price. All in all I stopped her by random chance and I plan to be coming her for my needs in the future. He's very honest and doesn't play games or overcharge anyone. I listened to him talk to other people on the phone while waiting for my car to be finished and was really impressed with how he handles all his customers. Highly recommended.
