I wasn't going to write this as I don't normally leave negative reviews but enough is enough. I've purchased 3 vehicles from this location and generally I have good interactions but here lately it's been awful. My salesperson move to a different location and since then ive had trouble. Scott (my previous sales guy, great by the way) referred me to someone who would help. The guy was so unhelpful I don't even remember his name, nonetheless I went in told hI'm what I was looking for, what my finances are and what I'm looking to pay, just like when working with Scott for the 3 vehicle I bought with him. This guy had no interest in helping me. I ending up buying my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe from a different dealership ( The whole interaction left a bad taste because this guy didn't even try) nevertheless my service guys are great so I continued to go back. Fast forward to now, working with the finance team to get a refund for gap and extended warranty, Eric was working with me and went out on maternity leave and unfortunately I was left in the hands of Nick in finance. When I tell you he seems like he too in uninterested in helping he makes me feel like I'm bothering him when I have to follow up because he DOES NOT, and then makes excuses. Being busy is fine but treating me like a bother when I follow up is unacceptable. I was expecting my refund today, good thing I followed up because come to find out even though I signed all paperwork almost 2 weeks ago nothing was processed. I called this morning just to verify it was processed because I no longer have faith they will do what they say. This place is a scam. they will screw you over and lie to your face. I had a written contract with them to purchase a vehicle. put money down and had financing already approved. I was scheduled to pick the vehicle up and 4 days before they had the nerve to call and tell me the car has an issue and they can't sell it. funny thing is the previous owner of the car swears there is no issues with the car and I was willing to buy it with zero warranty. TCPA rules mean nothing to these people. I have asked on numerous occasions to stop texting me with commercial messages. Every time they take me out of their system, I go right back in whenever I come in for servicing. I give up. Their servicing department has seen the last of me. My last 3 cars were Hyundais, the next will be too, but i won't buy from Classic. I used to have this problem with Rick Case Hyundai. They couldn't care less. I had to track the late Mr. Case down to his mansion in Palm Beach, he had to personally take care of this issue for the calls and texts stopped, so I know it can be done. Who actually owns Classic? This is my first time driving a Hyundai and have been pleasantly surprised. It drives well and has the safety features of other higher end cars. My only issues are minor inconveniences like no garage door button, which I didn't realize until I got home, but the the car looks good and drives well. The salesman, sales manager and general manager where terrific to deal with during a very difficult new car market. Bought a Hyundai here which was stolen because they are easy to steal. There are class action lawsuits happening now about this. Car was recovered but damaged, and I called this dealership to schedule service. I was put on hold for half an hour. Called back. Put on hold another 20 minutes. Guess I have to find another shop to fix it. I also asked to purchase a second key... four times. Every time I called the guy after weeks had gone by he said he was going to order it. That was a year ago. He never ordered it. These people don't seem to know what they're doing. read more

3 HOUR WAIT for a simple oil change and filter change. On top of that, They told me they couldn't do my wheel rotation bc the mechanic had trouble with the car ahead of me? They said it'd be another 2-3 hours, wtf were they doing for the past 3 hrs that was so special is unknown. Just Expect them to add 2 hours to your basic appointment without notice. And than blame the car ahead of you when they have more than enough mechanics walking around. Unprofessional, will never be returning. I'd rather drive an hr to another location I am that annoyed. Why does my fathers old ass car take 1 hour to do 4 new brakes at another location and my simple appointment for a newer car takes 3 hours for an EASIER task is beyond me! read more

Another fantastic experience at Classic Hyundai. This is my 5th Classic purchase and my 4th Classic Hyundai purchase. I made a call to the dealership and the General manager Norvell answered the phone I told him what I was looking for he had 2 on the lot that fit the bill, I told him I wanted the silver one, I missed my silver sonata and it's much cooler in the summer then the black on black. I told him I'd stop by and take a look, mind you this is at 315pm they close at 4pm. He had the car pulled out front for me, when I pulled up Michelle Katic met me at the door l, key in hand and remembered my daughters name and struck up a conversation with her, I looked the new Santa Fe over and said I'll take it, had papers done, porter had it shining, we took the belongings out of my old Santa Fe and put them in the new one, flew through financing with Zac Taylor fist bumped the team and we were on our way to a family BBQ. One week ago, I drove over an hour to see a car that was featured on an online ad. When we got to Classic Hyundai, we were told the car was sold a day or two earlier. That was the second time in a couple of months that happened. OK, so I will concede that after the first time I should have wised up and called first. My bad. I'll give them that. The problem is, it is now over one week (and counting!) after we first complained that we wasted our time driving up there and the ad for the same car is still up on the internet site!
