I arrived at my appointment 30-40 min late due to really bad traffic. She could have cancelled my appointment, but she didn't. On top of that, when I booked my appointment, I thought what I selected included and wash and blow dry (which it did not), she explained to me that when I booked my online appointment, I selected "box braids" which are not the same at knotless (which is what I wanted). I immediately told her I did not know the difference (as this was my first time getting braids). She explained to me the difference, and that the knotless braids required more prep work, and take longer. I felt so bad! She spent about 30 min separating hair, and then another 30 washing and blow drying. She was the sweetest young lady. The fact that she was willing to accommodate my mistake really touched my heart. And on top of that, she did an AMAZING job. I originally tried to get an appointment at Fatima Braiding Studio, but their customer service was so horrible, I had to look elsewhere, and I came across Bintu Parlor, and I will not only be returning, but I will be recommending her to everyone I know.
