WB World Foods opened recently in Mason, next door to Staples just North-East of Mason-Montgomery and Fields-Ertel. I checked them out yesterday and I have to say that this is the largest, cleanest, friendliest Indian grocery store I've ever seen. I'm originally from India and I have shopped at literally hundreds of Indian grocery stores in India, Detroit, Windson Ont, DC, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Chicago (Devon street) and Cincinnati.WB Foods outshines them all. Here's why: - large building, wide aisles, well lit, clean and well-organized - great, friendly staff; every aisle we went, they were eager to help - tremendous food selections representing myriad Indian cuisines - prices are clearly marked and are competitive - a big bonus feature:on-site sit-down restaurant, fresh-cooked food I consider this a model for any ethnic grocery store. In the words of the Governator: "I'll be Bach!" .... next time with a cooler. read more
