Arrived a few minutes before closing time. And as you probably already know how this went, here's a recap. We were told orders to go only, which was fine. We ordered a green chili cheese burger with fries and a mushroom swiss burger with onion rings. Both burgers were over cooked to the point that they were close to burnt. The green chili burger had canned green chili and no cheese. The mushroom burger had no cheese and we were both give extremely undercooked, greasy fries and no onion rings. The restaurant itself is not at all clean. The staff was friendly enough but won't be giving this another try. Super disappointed as we love supporting locally own business. read more

My "green chili cheese burger" with a big sticky glob of what appeared to be CREAM CHEESE in the middle, was the most disgusting thing I've ever tried to eat. It was not edible by American burger standards, but my cat seemed to enjoy it, so it wasn't a total loss. When DC Burger was on 214, it was phenomenal. The food was delicious, always hot and the orders were always correct. Since moving to their Broadway location, their food has changed. It's not good. We ordered a fried chicken dinner and the chicken was retried to heat it up. The outside crispy crust was hard. The chicken inside was dried out and chewy. We deboned it all and put it in a baggy for our dog. That's how bad it was. We called the. And complained about the chicken dinner and were met with a hostile teenage sounding brat who refused to take our phone number for the manager/owner to call us. That was the last time we were patrons at this establishment. That was ridiculous, rude customer service. We haven't been back since 2013 & have zero plans of ordering from there again. read more

When DC Burger was a little shack on the corner of Broadway and Hwy 214, their food was excellent, reliable and consistent. His hand cut french fries were the best I'd had in years, tasted as delicious as homemade fries from your own kitchen. Since they've moved into this building, their consistency has degraded due to the high turnover of the kitchen staff, I'm sure. The owner doesn't cook everyday like he used to and when he does, his quality is lacking from what it was before. We ordered a friend chicken dinner only to have received chicken that had been fried, then reheated by dropping it back in the fryer. It was very brown, extremely dry and all three orders were the same way. When I called and spoke with him, he initially didn't seem to believe us and then began defending his cook of the week. Ultimately, he said he would leave my name by the register for three replacement meals. He either didn't or the kids working tossed it. We haven't been back. read more

The last two times I have gone there and pick up my order the meant was half cooked. Had to recook it my self at work not happy.

Stopped in here for lunch, it doesn't look like much but the food is good. Got the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger w/o tomato and mayo and a side salad. The patty was cooked well and seemed to be fresh. The side salad was lettuce, cucumber slices, baby carrots, and a jalapeño slice with ranch dressing. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with my meal after my experienced with other restaurants in Denver City. read more

Best hamburgers in town. They make them however you want. Fries and tots are always made to order.

Certain menu items are amazing. I'd suggest you man up and risk getting covid and eat inside so your food is hot. Speak teenager so they understand what your ordering. I specifically said "cheeseburger with Mayo" I got a hamburger with a crap load of mustard. I said "chocolate milkSHAKE" I got a chocolate milk that costed $9!!!! Oh and it's ran by teenagers. Good luck finding a grown up that can legitimately handle your complaints in an appropriate manner. I complained about my shake and the glob of mustard dead center of my burger and was told by a 16 year old child "whaaaa??? That's what I was told to do dude" and so I paid $30 for garbage because I absolutely hate mustard and my chocolate milk was pretty warm and costed $9 somehow. My tater tots tasted like they were fried in old oil they weren't even crunchy. I don't know what happened to this place it used to be amazing but I guess the adults stepped out and let their children take over and well all hell has broke loose now and you can't even get a milkshake which is in fact on the menu read more

One of the best burgers in the oil patch! It's a hole in the wall place, and definitely worth the stop.
