This restaurant took over the old Mail Services building which I was sad to see go, but this is a very welcome restaurant in this small town indeed. Imagine a much more hip version of the chain Chipotle or the now closed down Freebirds World Burritos in Lubbock, TX. The set up is similar. Start on the left side when you walk in and just tell the crew what you want. Pay at the end of the line at the register before dining in or taking your order to-go. They have breakfast burritos, build your own burritos, bowls, salads, quesadillas, tacos, and "Beast Bags" which entais your choice of Doritos, Hot Cheetos, Tostitos, Takis, or Fritos. You can add your choice of meat, beans, queso, lettuce, pico, shredded cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Kids meals were available. A chicken taco was $9.99 and a chicken quesadilla - the same price. They include a drink. The inside is adorned with colorful murals of humanized burros... some folks might refer to them as donkeys. I really like Dante "Doc" Rios's work! (He's from Lovington!) Small and large tables for indoor dining only. There is a small parking lot on the south side of the building and a drive-through on the other. Restrooms were available. My burrito was a bit much for me so I have about half of it for leftovers. But my daughter's on the other hand, devoured their entire lunch on Valentine's Day, 2026. After I ordered food came out in about 10 minutes. Very happy as to the wait. I normally don't care for corn tortillas for my enchiladas, but there was so much flavor that I didn't mind. The beans were good however didn't care for the "extras" with them. Was expecting a corn nibblet for my side and was pleasantly surprised with a whole ear of corn.
