The first bud tender already seemed agitated that I ask her something she needed to retrieve the manager for. The manager proceeded to have the same rude, loud argumentative tone. To the point I even asked "if I had did something rude or offensive towards them. They gave a vague response that I was being argumentative myself. Which is nonsensical as there was nothing for me to argue. Either they gave me the deal or I can go to another location. Ultimately all the bystanders did was shout and yell more as I tried to exit not even letting me know I was going through the wrong exit. It was so bad I had to call their main store and speak with the regional manager. Do not patronize this location!!Workers who for whatever are in a bad mood before you come in and extend that energy to you. I've never had such an experience.

I'm giving 5 stars even tho there's ONE major problem with this place...the playlist. The playlist is, in theory, pretty cool--all songs from famous mobster movies like Goodfellas & The Godfather. But there's only, like, 1 or 2 songs from each mob movie's soundtrack! & each song is a downer, no upbeat songs! Godfather theme, Comfortably Numb from The Departed, Layla from Goodfellas...why not add THE FULL soundtracks?? Each soundtrack has 12-13 songs so your customers/employees won't be hearing the same 5 songs every time they go in there, which is daily if they are anything like I am. You don't need to remove any songs, just add more! Add the complete soundtracks for The Godfather, Goodfellas & The Departed, then add The Sopranos soundtrack (who doesn't love the theme song??). If you're feeling adventurous, add The Director's Cut by Fantomas who do metal covers of The Godfather theme, etc. or add the soundtrack to Judgment Night for a little urban mafia action! I mean, shit, Sonic Youth & Cypress Hill do a song called I Love You, Maryjane, why the hell isn't that song on every dispensary playlist in the universe??
