I went in to return a disposable cartridge, it was still half full, and no way to charge it, the battery must of died. They refused to return or exchange it, they said it was past the time allowed. Well I guess they forgot to tell the battery that cause they would not return it! I'm sure they don't care if me and my few referrals don't come back, we are not huge spenders. I love this place! ***Israel is amazing!*** He always takes his time with me and doesn't rush. I bought a pen/battery (the cool flip up one that looks like a car key) and I was having trouble with getting it to work even after I charged it fully. I stopped by the next day and asked for help because I wasn't sure if it was something I was doing. Israel partnered up with his manager and replaced what I had bought because it didn't work and made sure my new one did! ALSO ALL YOU CRY BABY YELPERS ARE SO ANNOYING. Love this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep everything very clean and organized. They have 2 security guards one inside and the other outside that are fun to talk to. Terrible first experience at this place! They lied on their website where they said they only required a driver's license and the original CA Doctor's recommendation (with raised seal). We had that. But when we got there, they said that was not enough and would also have to hear from our Doctor over the phone. This was a Saturday, so of course the Doctor didn't answer. They got rude to us, and said they wouldn't let us in. We had to drive a long way, since Ventura County shut down all their MM providers. Very frustrating! Maybe they refused us because we were clean cut older people? It seems like all their clientele was in their 20s or 30s. I don't know why they made up extra requirements for us. But we went to another place (Divine Wellness Center), where they told the truth about requirements, and were nice as well. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Today, after being a loyal customer of theirs since the medical mj days (at least 10+ years) and following them to their new location they screwed me OVER a request for 5 to 10 dollar credit on a defective disposable vaporizer, 22K brand. They keep computerized records at DC Collective so they know what I buy but still treated me like an idiot. The battery on device died prematurely. I baby those vape pens bcuz they're expensive and fragile and it was still half full and they told me no credit towards a new one.....i wasn't even asking for my money back. They tried to tell me it's always that way. I told them nicely that's not true look in your computer I buy these once a week (not cheap) and the oil is exhausted before battery quits it's never half full when it quits.....before i walked out I told them "you know there are at least 2 other stores within a mile of here this is how you treat your loyal customers?" Kid says nothing I said "goodbye I shall never be back". Their bud tenders are fantastic. The security is great. I will however find a new purveyor and won't return to DC Collective. I have purchased passiflora products here and several times the weight was short. The manager promised discounts that never came to fruition. Passiflora did nothing and that's what they will get from me in the future. The business of bud was more honorable and honest before legalization. read more

This place is my jam. I find the front office girls to be nice. I have chronic back/neck pain, anxiety and depression and like to experiment with different methods to medicate. Sometimes I feel rushed here which I understand they need to help other guests but there's so much to look at and never enough time. So , based on most other collectives in the sfv, my initial thoughts while traversing the two miles from my residence to this collective were to brace myself for my normal San Fernando valley dispensary experience. From supposed top shelf flowers (mids at best), poorly purged oils - all at top shelf prices, to the rude laxidasical half-wit bud tenders that have no idea what their talking about and could barely carry on an intelligent , coherent conversation with me. Imagine my surprise when pulling up to a well thought out parking lot with ample space. I parked and walked in the front door and was pleasantly surprised by the clean decor and friendly well organized security guard. He pointed out my way to the reception window and I promptly started the verification and paperwork. The paperwork part of the process was quick and it took no more than ten minutes. The receptionist handed my rec and id back and I was buzzed into the back room. Once I entered the back I knew immediately I'd come to the right place. All of their flowers looked and smelled amazing with many strains to choose from .Their selection of Concentrates gives you numerous choices ; whether you dab or medicate with a Vape. I'm really big on customer service and was impressed by the level of professionalism by both security and the bud tenders. I was helped in choosing the proper strain for my medical needs and treated with courtesy and respect. Overall this is hands down the best experience I've ever had in the sfv. Came in here for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised...they have a very good variety of flower. The buds are fresh and of higher quality then other dispensaries selling with a 35 dollar cap. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shatter selection was ok...the top shelf was better then a lot of places and some popular brands like left coast....it just could have better clarity and stability. The taste was clean and the high is comparable to other premium products...i would strongly recommend this club to anyone looking for fresh quality flower but if your into concentrates its just ok. I had a horrible experience dealing with this service. I placed an order through Weedmaps around 3pm and was given a flat price. Waited for delivery for two hours, then called DCC to check on my order and was told it may not get to me today. Then I got a text informing me there was a problem with my order that the person I spoke with failed to mention. Apparently Weedmaps added $5 to my order without itemizing it, or including the taxes - this meant that I couldn't get delivery from DCC because I was actually under their delivery minimum. When I called to add to my order I was given a new price w/ taxes, which I confirmed with the individual I spoke with, and was told the delivery would be out around 7:30p. At 8:50p the delivery driver showed up with my items for a higher price than I was given over the phone. When I contacted DCC again the individual over the phone insisted they told me the accurate price and they could not do any more to correct the situation. read more
