Definitely pretty happy with this place. Had a bit of a complicated install. Had a previous radio/camera installed from Best Buy. I wanted a new radio and the backup camera worked intermittently. I was going to just go back to Best Buy, but they didn't have any availability. Called this place up, was told they could fit me in within a week or so. Showed them the equipment I had, agreed on a price, and I dropped it off at 8am and it was ready before I was done work. Had a bit of an issue with a backup camera (mostly because I am particular and not because of their workmanship), went back about a week later, and one of the guys there helped me out and we found out a solution. Was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected, obviously. The people were nice, and employee I worked with was incredibly knowledgable, and overall I had a pretty good experience. Very good experience. Tried getting an appointment at Best Buy to do a head unit install and they were booked for 6 weeks. Looked around and found them on yelp. Called up and they were able to schedule me within a few days. Dropped off in am, install done by early afternoon. Picked up but didn't get to try google maps for over a month. Realized when I tried that gps antenna placement (while under dash was great from aesthetic perspective) didn't get a good signal. Called them up, they got me in right away and repositioned gps antenna (steering wheel controls, integration with car os, external mic, wireless CarPlay, etc. all work great). Works great, excellent customer service, looks native to car, would definitely recommend! read more

This shop is the best... The guys do car stereo and navigation system installations too, and are true craftsmen who care. They stand behind their work, and handle any warranty issues with kindness and professionalism. The guys installed Pioneer AVIC Nav/Stereo systems with back-up cameras in both our cars and they look like they came with the cars. One had a warranty issue and the guys even installed our old radio until the new one came back from Pioneer. It works perfectly! We plan to take our classic Jag XJS to these guys for a headliner soon. Would not think of going anywhere else. Excellent work, fair prices and they truly care... I have been putting off a repair of my headliner for the longest time. With nearly half the headliner drooping down in my 09 VW Rabbit, I finally caved in and decided to look into remedying the issue. In the world of COVID, it has been very hard to hearback in getting quotes. The fine folks at Willow Grove Autotop followed up within a day and were able to schedule me a few weeks out. Place was pretty busy when I dropped off the car and had a nice chat with the workers. It took a few days to get the work done, and I am happy with the quality - no longer have to get worried about being blanketed with fabric when driving. My wife wanted a remote start for her car this Christmas, but like most guys I waited until the last minute... I asked my local mechanic (Hillside Auto) to do the job, but they were honest enough to say that Auto Top does their remote start installations. I found this place online and I live 10 miles away from the shop. I needed repairs to the leather seat of a Toyota Camry. I also needed new headlights, since the glass of my old headlights was yellowed and fogged. This shop did a very nice job and I think their prices are very fair. I paid about $525 for a new seat-bottom and two new headlights, including installation, and the quality of the finished product is good. That price is lower than I expected.
