Luckily another pool guy who couldn't fix the issue recommended I check for a Hayward technician. So I saw them on the Hayward website! The owner Clinton answers and I sent a video of the issue and he gave me a quote immediately! That shows they are not bluffing and are highly experienced. Then he sent a tech Niko out today who is very knowledgeable and fixed my issue immediately, also gave me some more pool tips. I highly recommend! This is the pool company of my dreams! They are so knowledgeable and helpful with everything, but in particular for me made the purchase and service of a Dolphin robot an informed and smooth process. They really stand behind what they sell, and are more helpful than the actual company that builds the robot. Helped me sort out some issues after purchase and I am totally satisfied with how they handled everything. There are several pool supply stores closer to my home, but I will gladly make the trip to Dolphin Pool Supply because they are so good. Highly recommend!!
