She gave me a lot of great ideas and suggestions, and once I narrowed it down, took me into the back room to do the earring changes. She was meticulous with cleaning my ears and new earrings, regularly swapping gloves in between procedures. I loved that she kept up a steady chatter of great information about how to heal and take care of the piercings, which also served as a good distraction. She even took an existing piercing out and cleaned it, just so it would sparkle again. I wasn't ready for new piercings at this time, but I will 100% come back to have Nina do any future piercings.

The wait time was +2 hr. & it didn't help that 1 of the 3 tattoo artists was busy with a few people in the family that was getting a private session done, so others unsuccessfully left after waiting 2 hr. Due to extremely long wait times...this is what happens when a good deal is released on May 13th! After waiting for 1 hr., I decided on getting my nose repierced, which took a short amount of time - maybe 15 min. & repiercing my nose ended up hurting more than I recall from when I was 18 yr. Old - the gentleman that did both piercings was so nice and sweet. The olive branch/leaf tattoo was a good deal but felt the work could've turned out better because I was expecting a more steady hand from my artist...you can tell the work isn't even. Overall, I'm still good w/my results. Parking is no problem, but just be patient especially if you are coming on a day that they're running a special.

I had my septum pierced previously (about 10 years ago) but the piercer at the time placed it far too low making it show when I tucked it away. I also remembered it being extremely painful. But the team at Atomic blew me away. Their technique was noticeably different. Quick and virtually painless! The placement was perfect allowing me to hide it when necessary. Picking out jewelry is a big deal, what color do you like but also what style and type, so they can decide if you should be pierced with a hoop or straight needle. Surgical grade titanium... I have a metal allergy, I can't be having junk in my body! High quality jewelry... you get what you pay for. This ain't no $25 at Claire's! Aftercare, downsizing, jewelry upgrades, etc. This is an investment and even though I live in TX now, I made sure I came back to Belle for my helix. I'd been procrastinating for a while because I'm not an unnecessary pain kinda girl BUT I love all kinds of ear piercings. The reality is, the inspo pic had a chain attachment and I can't wear that on a new unhealed piercing so I got something I think is really beautiful for the location while I wait to downsize and eventually upgrade and at some point on my healing journey I'll get the other ear. Belle is amazing. She explains everything from start to finish, even the wait time so the jewelry can go into the autoclave. We chatted the whole time and when it was time I took some deep breaths and yea it hurt but it wasn't that bad and it was quick. Nothing enough to make my head tense, create tears or make a sound. The pressure wasn't bad and there was a light burning sensation for about 30 minutes but more just noticeable and not a bother. She gave me extensive after care instructions and captured some great photos and I was on my way. In the car I took some turmeric capsules to help with inflammation and about one hour before my appointment I took some CBD. Thank you Belle, you are the goat. I'm sure I'll be seeing you soon. When…read morewe first walked in, the receptionist with jet black hair, drawn on eyebrows, hispanic but she was white passing didn't greet us and just told us to fill out the forms outside. My first friend went to get her consultation with Seth, and he was very kind, making jokes with us and his work was done very well. My other friend and I were gonna get matching tattoos (very similar tattoos) and while she was consulting with Seth, the receptionist put me with another tattoo artist but she was the one consulting me, not the tattoo artist. I was showing the art that I wanted to the artist, but the receptionist took over the conversation and told me it would be $70 for the tattoo i wanted (see attached). She, the receptionist, said each star was $20 and shading was $10. The placement was supposed to be on the upper right part of my wrist, which is very small and I explained that each star would be really small but she still said each star is $20. Seth charged my friend with the matching tattoo $30 and her placement was on the back of your ear while mine was on my arm. Seth charged my friend an extra $10 because the placement wasn't included in the deal, though if she got her tattoo on her arm he would have done it for $20. After hearing this, my friend who was wanting to get our matching tattoo came over so we could consult with Seth to see how much he would charge, but the receptionist interrupted and told Seth that we can't change the $70 price. My friend said "we aren't trying to change the price, we're just confused about the consultation" and the RECEPTIONIST said "i already explained the prices to her (me)" with an attitude. We were the only people of color/ only dark skin people in there so it seemed like she was calling us cheap and insinuating that we didn't wanna pay her "fair" price even though HER pricing was definitely inflated. This whole situation was really suspicious and it just seems like she is messing around with the other tattoo artist I was consulting with or she has some familial relationship with him and that's why she was trying to charge me such a high price when my friend with the same tattoo got charged less than half of my consultation. The receptionist and my tattoo artist were also speaking to each other in spanish the whole time so it could be construed that they were talking about charging me a higher price for such a simple design. After we left we decided to call so we could get her name to leave a review, but when we asked for her name she ignored the question multiple times and when we asked her name a final time she said "i don't have a name." We were all shocked at this response because a receptionist should not be acting this way so we hung up. She then called back telling us her name is "Naomi." We are not completely sure if the receptionists real name is Naomi or if she lying. I just want to clarify Seth was a great tattoo artist to my friends and I wish he could have done mine. If Seth is employed somewhere else I will definitely be seeing him, but I will not go to ink wolves again. If you plan on going, be prepared to be given attitude from the receptionist.
