I loved the guys talent, but one thing kept me from booking with this guy.... HIS BREATH!!!! I wanted a chest piece and there was no way I was gonna have a dude that smells like he ate a toilet bowl full of dead people breathing in my face the whole time! I'm not gonna call the dude out by name, but I'm sure the manager reading this knows who I'm talking about. Sorry man, but that literally is the reason I'm not spending $6,000 at your shop. Bait and switch pricing. I was originally told $1500 for a full day and my leg sleeve tattoo would take 2.5 days. My 2nd appt was cancelled cause I changed my phone number (but they had my email on file), they accommodated me and get me in on a Sunday at 4pm, my artist only worked on me for 3 hours tops, I was charged $1300, I complained and was reimbursed $300, I was severely overcharged for a minimal piece and when my artist (a guest artist) reached out recently to see if I wanted to finish, I explained the issue with what I was quoted and charged and asked for a final price and a new design. EXTORTION!!!!!!!! I showed up for my consultation and went over everything. I was quoted $1500.00 for everything, I thought this was alot for a tattoo, but the work was good. I called my wife and she ok'd it, so the artist and I agreed on the price. When the artist was done on the first day we set up the time for the next day for the artist to finish, I thought ok thats cool. I was then asked to pay the 1500.00 up front. I asked why I would not pay this at the end of the session, he said 1500.00 now and 800.00 tomorrow for that session. I said that is not what we agreed to, he said well tomorrow session is 800 dollars, let me know if you will be coming tomorrow. Overpriced Failed at doing a simple tattoo Zero accountability. Rude to customers after the artist made a mistake. Daiana was insensitive, cold, rude, and should not be trusted to deal with clients. Artists don't speak English, luckily I speak their language but take this into consideration I got two small tattoos, one was a small panda and the other one was writing on my thigh. The one with the writing turned out okay. But, the panda ended up being messed up, we drove an hour to talk to them and cooperate on figuring out a solution. We planned this two weeks in advanced (the appointment to "fix it") they ended up rushing us because they ended up giving us a slot of only 30 mins, right before our artist had a day long appointment with another client. All without even talking to me about what it is she planned to do. The first thing that came out of her mouth was "I told you it was going to be too small, the only thing that is different is that the black came off, that's it" (with attitude) I disagreed. She is the one who told me what size. I said I didn't want her to tattoo me anymore because I couldn't see how she could even fix the face of the panda. It was already a cover up, I already felt insecure about it. Not to mention it was on the side of my foot which hurts so bad. This isn't the first time I've gotten tattooed. I have worked with many artist all over the world and I can confidently say their costumer service is definitely lacking. The front desk guy ended up getting defensive too and they called the owners sister, she ended up telling me that because she only deals with the finance aspect of it, she could not help us. That we would have to come back and talk to the owner, I explained it takes us 2 hours round trip to get to the shop, we had to really push to ask for the owner just to give us a call because "it would be disrespectful" to ask him to call us on his "personal time" I would not go back to them and I would not recommend going to them. They have yet to give us the money back for the tattoo they messed up which is the least they could do since the tattoo is not fixable. Below is a reference picture of the panda that I wanted vs the panda that I got. Here if you notice the face and the arms are messed up. There is no way to fix the face since the nose is relatively flat compared to the reference panda. The arms are also messed up. My partner was there with me, they will shame you and belittle you if they try to speak up for you. I did not feel they cared about me and that this would permanently be on my body, I felt they were just going through the motions to cover their ass. read more

The Secret Tattoo Studio is very clean and I felt good about getting my tattoo there. I sent a message online to schedule an appt. The artist I originally requested was booked a month out and they mentioned they had availability with a different artist sooner. Once I verified their work, I figured I would book with the other artist as I was getting a very simple, small tattoo. What they failed to tell me, was this artist only speaks Spanish. When I arrived, we had a bit of difficulty communicating what I wanted. Thankfully, what I wanted was super simple so we were able to use google translate and pictures to get it right. However, I would of liked to know this before my appt as it definitley made it hard/awkward at times. Just be aware of who you book with! read more

I got my first tattoo here and Ally was honestly the best artist for the job. Truth be told, I was pretty nervous about getting my first tattoo. I was unsure of the etiquette, knowledge on the procedures, and just the whole thing in general and Ally was a great guide. She was welcoming, informative, honest and patient. I was actually referred to this place by another shop and I am glad I was! The artists here are all so incredibly talented so I knew that whoever I ended up with, they would knock this tattoo out of the park! This was my first very detailed tattoo but Terrero (Alejandro) powered through the 7-ish hours it took to finish it and created this masterpiece I proudly wear on my arm today.
