Communication is key in all service based businesses. Could have saved everyone time and money, honext time. So, I went back this morning to have the screen replaced as previously stated and everything went great. They made good on their promise and then some. They replaced my screen and threw in a complimentary screen protector and discounted my previous bill. Accordingly, I'm updating my stars to 4.5 as the overall experience was very professional and fast.
