On the other hand, DiBiase explained that, in their view, the issue was not related to how the gas was turned back on but rather to the age of the PECO meter, which they believe would have failed regardless. To the company's credit, they discussed the situation with me and provided an additional year of free maintenance. While I appreciate their response and the added maintenance, I'm not convinced the installation wasn't a contributing factor.
