    I couldn't have asked for more my second time back and second time I left in peace I couldn't have asked for a great sales person JOE he was kind a patient and always had n answer for everything always gave me reassurance and if he didn't know something he was honest and there for comes JOSH Sales Manager he always made sure to check on us plenty of times to keep me updated and brief me on anything that was going on and ended up leaving with a brand new that is now my baby and trust when I say these are the type of people we need and these are deff the POEPLE YOU NEED THANK YOU JOE & JOSH YOU GUYS MADE IT HAPPEN

    Still the worst truck I have ever owned! FUEL Economy Sucks !!! 13 miles per gallon. Payload is a lie, says 1800 lbs but it's less than a thousand and the ass end sags like it has terrible shocks. The more I drive this piece of shit the more I will update my review. The Dealer doesn't return any calls eve nor tho they keep posting for me to call them. You have my phone number feel free to call it . DONT BUY THE NEW TUNDRA !!!! I have had 8 Tundras and this is the worst one ITS GARBAGE! The new tundra is a giant downgrade from the previous generation Dont Buy the New Tundra !!! You will thank me later. It's not even close to as functional as the last generation. I gave DCH the opportunity to make things rite but not much they can do because the truck is Trash ! The sales manager made a half ass attempt to help but tried to scum me into paying more for a lesser vehicle. The dealer just wastes my time. Don't let this dealer dupe you by putting the seats up all the way when u test drive it . I'm no giant I'm 5'10 and this is the rear leg room. This is a $60k Limited Tundra. DCH lost me as a customer! Shame on you. This review is partly the vehicle design problems and the other half is the way DCH treated me as a customer. If the vehicle was good we may not have had such a bad customer service interaction, but they had a choice to do me rite or to do me wrong and they chose to do me wrong. DCH does not care about you as a customer!

Dealing with people who are happy is easy, dealing with people who have a problem with their vehicle is a much harder feat. I had an issue with my brand new 2014 Subaru Forester and I truly feel that Mid Hudson Subaru did everything in their power to help me from initially attempting to fix the issue and then finally working with Subaru to replace the vehicle. Leadership starts from the top and Peter Maher, the owner, exemplifies that. Every promise he made me along the way, he honored. That's very respectable in my book. The manager, Kevin, is also caring, helpful and not your typical car dealer manager. Mid Hudson's sales team is great and Michelle is the best car salesperson i've ever dealt with. She knows the cars, doesn't play games, gives you a great price and makes buying a car an easy and pleasurable process. The service department is also really good. Rob Bosch is the manager and cares about his customers. I've dealt with him directly several times and the guy really wants to help you. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and I actually recently went back and bought my wife a Legacy.

    Ignoring symptoms and not checking thoroughly in March caused big problem in July!!!!…read moreI was charged close to 200 dollars for a "diagnostic" conducted by mechanics (who make close to 200 bucks an hr for labor) and they found nothing wrong with my car in March but in 4 mos later my car becomes totally disabled due to the same complaints I made in March. The service manager Mark told me in March that he put my car with his "best mechanic" but despite this they could not explain the issues I was reporting so they took the 200 for the diagnostic, and proceeded to write me a 3000 + estimate that was all for acua services I would need for the year but nothing addressing the actual problem the car was actively happening and I had reported, several times. Because the problem was not identified and the symptoms happened intermittently, I continued to drive the car and complain until in July my cars symptoms became significantly worse and ultimately my car stopped working. I towed the car to Acura and this time I was told that it was my alternator and that apparently the spool valve assembly was leaking oil into the alternator " ( it would be 2400 to fix) for a long period of time" (now Mike reports this to me). My issue with that is if it's been leaking so heavily in July why wasn't it seen in March!? He said it had to be occurring a long while- I think I know what happened they took a Quick Look in March took my 200 bucks and made a wrong report because they just didn't look!!! Never going to them again! I then towed (at my expense) to a different garage and paid the mechanic considerably less.

So you can see that they rob me $300 dollars Healey is a multi millionaire company and they told me they don't have a tow truck I had to get my insurance company to pick up the vehicle 4 times already and they didn't fix the problem. Becareful of this company do your research before you buy a vehicle from them especially if it's used. They talk about them taking care of the customers and the community with the customer experience but as soon as they get your money and the ink is dry you're no longer a customer Steve V. Who normally finalized the sale of the vehicle starts avoiding your calls my next step is to file a lemon lawsuit against them can't be paying for a vehicle that's on reliable.

I purchased a vehicle certified used in 2016 and have done all my servicing, including oil changes with Poughkeepsie Nissan ever since. In full disclosure, I am not a fan of the sales organization based on my purchase back in 2016. That may have changed so I cannot speak to that. This review is regarding the service team Led by Danny Tubbs. Maria is a beacon of light even when she has to deliver unfortunate and sometimes expensive news. She is no Grim Reaper - just doing her job to keep the vehicle safe. And I do trust them. This time around was for basic maintenance - oil change, and New York State inspection. I asked them to take a look at the air filter to see if that needed changing which would've added to my costs. They did so and told me that my air filter was perfectly fine, particularly since I'm not a smoker, I believe. I did need a rather expensive repair to the suspension which required ordering parts and leaving the vehicle overnight. I wasn't in need of it that day so I didn't ask for a loaner which they may have offered. They automatically offered me a ride home and a ride back when the vehicle was finished. This service is very helpful and the two drivers are extremely professional and pleasant. They don't expect it, but it's nice to tip the drivers whatever you can. I'm sure is helpful. This may be a big shop with corporate name put in this case, They never forget my name or my face even when I put on a few pounds. So it feels like an old school neighborhood repair shop to me. The only negative I can say is that I wish they would turn off right wing media. It's upsetting to me. I don't think that's the Service Department decision but rather the Dealership management. So Management, please change the channel for us.

Shortly after purchasing the Renegade, I was having severe buyer's remorse and missing my Santa Fe. I tried returning the Renegade to the dealer and was inquiring where my Santa Fe went, but they were no help because they suck. I even went down to the dealer where I purchased my Santa Fe, but they couldn't help me either. I googled the VIN of my Santa Fe for several weeks and finally got a hit on August 17: the Santa Fe sold at auction and was at Performance Motor Cars in Wappingers Falls, 100 miles from my house! I immediately called up and asked if the Santa Fe was available. I reached Caleb Rose and he was nothing short of a gentleman and told me the Santa Fe was available and I told him my story and he was impressed. I told him I wanted to buy the car back. We set everything up and I purchased the car back today, August 25! Despite my unique situation, there are several cars on the lot to choose from and all different types of cars and different makes. It is definitely worth a look for anyone looking for a gently used car and I was very impressed. To say I am over the moon to have my car back is an understatement. The whole staff at Performance Motor Cars knew my story and loved it. The dealership was very professional and so helpful throughout the entire transaction. After I run my Santa Fe into the ground, there's a good chance I'll make another 100 mile trip up to Performance Motor Cars due to the great service I received. Plus, who doesn't love a good road trip with a car you just purchased? THANK YOU PERFORMANCE!!!
