I came in with my pre-school level drawing, some rough measurements, and pictures, and she kindly helped turn my ideas into a professional cabinet design. Graciela was super friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Since I was in a rush to beat traffic, she offered to text and email me the quotes, which I really appreciated. One was easier to see but was very dirty from being outside so couldn't be inspected for damages. The other was sandwiched in between multiple other slabs so you could only see the top 5 inches or so of a 5'x 4' slab. But they wouldn't move it out to see unless you guaranteed to buy one of them (which you couldn't see) with a $100 deposit. So to see the slab, it will cost you $100. If there is damage or the colors don't match your tile (which I had in hand to match), you're out $100? For checking? I've been to numerous stone places throughout the inland empire and in OC and have never come across this policy. Interesting indeed.

I had ordered two limited edition shelves online and wanted to pick up from this store, instead of paying for shipping. I placed my order, and the two shelves arrived within two days at this store. I had received emails throughout the entire process. When it had arrived, I was given an email with instructions on how to grab my order. I came inside this store, and of course, the front is very small. It had display sinks and drawers. About four employees had desks with computers to help patrons with their orders. Someone quickly asked for my order number, and swiftly brought out my shelves. Brownie points because he also carried the shelves out to my car and put them in the trunk for me! It was very nice of him because I didn't ask for help; I could have easily carried the shelves myself because it was light enough. The process is quick and easy and this store is great if you know how to utilize it.

She helped us pick the cabinets, countertop, backsplash and designed it for us. When the project started the people they sent were professional and attentive to detail.
