While on the call, I asked some questions and was provided with a good amount of information to feel confident about scheduling the appointment. The website scheduling process was simple. On the day that I dropped off my garment, the process was pretty quick. I tried on the item and we discussed the alterations. I think the entire visit was about 10-15 minutes. We discussed when I wanted to pick it up, as well as pricing and payment options. We verbally set a pickup day, but it also required a scheduled appointment, so I immediately set a specific appointment for a few days later. When I picked up the item, I tried it on and the alterations were exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, I am pleased with the alterations. I would definitely return. I paid using my phone, so it was great. Comparatively speaking, I think her prices are pretty competitve with other cleaners and tailors in the area.

When I told Marya what I hoped for, she didn't blink an eye before saying she could remove the train and keep it even all the way around. When she showed me the dress to approve at my second appointment, I was truly speechless. It looked like it was designed that way and looked even better than I could have imagined. So already, she was a true wizard to me, but I ended up using her again to add a lining to another dress I bought for the courthouse, which I loved but had an inner bodysuit that was totally visible through the white fabric. I talked to the owner, Le, and said it wasn't to my satisfaction and he was willing to alter it for no additional charge. I have been to other seamstresses who will charge for additional alterations if you are dissatisfied with their service. Although the alterations were higher than other tailor shops I have gone to, their customer satisfaction compensates for it.

My romper is not altered evenly in the hip area but I needed the item for the same day for an event. As she was writing my ticket up she asked when was I due? Jun 1 I…read moredropped off 5 skirts. 3 to have the waist brought in and 2 for a cleaning: seams, zipper, and etc. For the 3 skirts that had to have the waist in I brought in a skirt with the waist size I wanted so that there didn't have to be a fitting. I was scheduled to pick up on June 13th as I had speaking engagements then next few days. On the 13th when I was driving to pick up I got a call that they weren't ready yet, but if I came I could wait 20 min for them. I ended up waiting 1.5 hours and during that time there were other customers that came in that also wasn't done and would be additional days to what I believe is new work they got in. I wait 1.5 hours while they work on my skirts and the young lady who was working on the last one asked me to try it on for fit, I do and she has to take it in more. I also had to come back a month later for the skirts that weren't finished. The next day I get a call from the owner stating that there was a fitting down that I didn't pay for. I was completely confused. I did not understand why she was calling to charge me for a fitting that the young woman asked me to do and after I waited 1.5 hours. It made no sense. We went back and forth because she must have forgotten that I brought in the additional skirt for sizing and didn't need the fitting, didn't know I waited as long as I did, didn't know that the young lady asked for me to try it on, and also didn't get the full story of what occurred. Fast forward. On July 13 I come to grab the skirts and it is obvious that either the work has been done or it has been down sub par. I was able to get a refund thank gosh. Disappointed in the customer service, the communication, and the handling of an error.
