I had to pay $5,000 to get a steel reinforced new gate installed. Nobody seemed to care if my property was secure or not! I have a pool and worried about the gate being left open!! After completion, my nephew, who is working for his Eagle Scout asked if they could donate lumber for a small fence in Mission Trails. Tommy had another guy return his call, but didn't bother to inform him what the call was about. My nephew was summarily dismissed with a "we don't do that." This was probably the cause of the front gate being hung from the wrong gate post. A stanchion, to help support a gate post was poorly fitted with coach bolts breaking the stucco surface, and, for the gates themselves, the length of the deadbolts required their faceplates to be shimmed.
