Instead Brad, the owner, picked up and came out right away. My garage door spring had snapped and the door was so heavy it wouldnt budge. I was completely stuck. Brad could have easily taken advantage of the situation or delayed the service or charged a premium knowing I was desperate but he did none of that. At first they said they didn't install Genie due to previous issues with them which was a bit strange but they eventually agreed to do it. We were able to schedule something within a week. Jesse showed up on time (even a few minutes early) and what can I say? He just did a good job. He did everything I expected: installed the new garage door opener, added an extra support thing, tuned the springs, lubed up the rollers, removed the old opener and cleaned up, all in around 90 minutes. He was even willing to accommodate some extra requests that I had. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with. Most charge absurd prices for barely passable work. Rockstar did an exceptional job with no surprises for a great price. I wish I had more garage doors openers to replace. Can't recommend enough.
