I am thrilled to not have to drive downtown Chicago or to Oakbrook for a nice pair of jeans! I got to visit the boutique on it's opening day this past Saturday and found so many cute things. The store was packed, which is exciting as it means there are a lot of people who will be supporting it so we can keep places like this in our town. The owner was so kind and did an amazing job with the space. The prices are mid range, which is nice. It isn't over the top, but it also isn't cheap. I love the selection she has. She even commented on how she only orders a limited run of each item so that you don't see everyone around town in the same thing, so smart! This is an amazing addition to the new Centennial Village space and something this area needed!

This place has to be the goofiest business I've been in in a while…read more Picture this..... there's two lines one for returns and one for purchases. There's two customers that mistakenly stood in there returns line. There's NOBODY ELSE IN EITHER LINE. Just the two customers wanting to make a purchase. The cashiers would not sell them any bring until they walked all the way around the return aisle and stand in the correct line. There was no one else in line........no a single person but the two people wanting to make a purchase. So the customers walked back to the line and the cashier called on them. It's almost comical. I've tried this place a minimum of three times. The first it looked like they were going out of business because clothes were thrown everywhere. Second time was similar, this was the third. There's plenty of options in the area to shop elsewhere and I would not recommend this one.

Today, June 20,…read more2026, I returned a few items and was met with the cruelest customer service I have ever encountered. I am mobile, by a scooter, and need help with mobility. So, I cannot use the dressing room and at times items that I try on need to be returned. I also have a service dog. The sales person denied my return because there was a dog hair on a dark green top and the tag came off and was in the bag. All receipts were in the bag and nothing was damaged or worn. The manager was next to her and was chiming in and said she was allergic to dogs, while holding up the top and making fun of it like it was going to bite her, it was very embarrassing, dramatic and I was speechless. The associate was so flustered that she couldn't even input my information in the register. I would warn anyone with disabilities not to enter this store as I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this humiliation and be a target of your uncontrolled situation. I will be contacting the corporate office.
