I said okay no problem I was in the dressing room going to try on this dress she said oh no please don't try it on your two big like me which I am not big I am busty and she said I was going to put it online and sell it for a lot of money....... she was very rude and quote stated no I do not want you try the Dress because the seams are going to bust open I was very hurt I don't know if it was because I was Hispanic but she assumed I couldn't afford it I do not recommend people to go there she is supporting cancer and that's great but there's no need for her attitude like that she could have came at me nicer. And discriminating somebody on their size and judging a person's economic status based on their looks its not cool.

The selection was nice and I got some good deals on some dresses, shirts. Got a nice pair of shoes too. The line was a bit crazy and it wasn't a sense of urgency to get folks checked out efficiently so that was a bummer. My cashier was very pleasant though after i eventually got to checkout.

When I asked for my manager she told him I was very angry and argumentative. He came out I took her side. When I walked of he said they are always angry and you have to fight sometimes.

I bought my 2 gowns there for both of my sons weddings…read more They are the only store around here that has quality, modern, a good selection of long beautiful gowns. They also can tell you if it can be altered and how. On the computer shopping, returning and going downtown Chicago did not work for me this year but Elegance did. This place has to be the goofiest business I've been in in a while…read more Picture this..... there's two lines one for returns and one for purchases. There's two customers that mistakenly stood in there returns line. There's NOBODY ELSE IN EITHER LINE. Just the two customers wanting to make a purchase. The cashiers would not sell them any bring until they walked all the way around the return aisle and stand in the correct line. There was no one else in line........no a single person but the two people wanting to make a purchase. So the customers walked back to the line and the cashier called on them. It's almost comical. I've tried this place a minimum of three times. The first it looked like they were going out of business because clothes were thrown everywhere. Second time was similar, this was the third. There's plenty of options in the area to shop elsewhere and I would not recommend this one.
