I asked two different male employees in two different areas of the store for help, and both gave me incorrect directions that sent me to the opposite end of the building, forcing me to walk the full length of the store multiple times for no reason. Each time I asked a female employee, I was given the correct aisle and real help immediately. One female associate even said she knew exactly which male employee I was talking about, which suggests this behavior is known internally. I escalated this to the General Manager, Juan Horton. He asked me to call him, gave me a number that did not work as a direct line, I notified him by email, and he never followed up. This wasn't just bad service. It was a repeated, directional pattern of obstruction that only happened with male employees, while women employees were competent and helpful. That is gender-based discriminatory treatment, on top of a complete management failure. This is a store culture problem, not a one-off mistake.

Good luck maneuvering around without hitting anyone with your cart and if you do, prepare for a dirty look from someone you don't even know while making you feel like you're scum of the earth. This isn't Walmarts fault; it's the general populations fault. Fourth, everything in the beauty department is locked up minus a few things of course and it took over 15 minutes of me continuously pressing the button for assistance, to even be helped. Well, when someone finally is able to assist you; that item is taken up to the register and by the time you're ready to check out, you have no idea where it's located so your cashier has to go find it. I understand there may be a lot of theft but the amount of items locked up is so irritating and such a waste of time Fifth, the wait times in the lines are at least 15-30 minutes, not even kidding. Even the self-check out line takes awhile and even there, you have someone hovering over you helping you scan.
