I said my cousin and myself loves puzzles. I saw a cat one for her. I said oh this is a must have! She loves cats! The cashier in front greeted me b4 I could reach the register. He also said if there is anything I can help u with. Please let me know. He said and when you're ready to check out I'm available. An employee walked in. He made a small finger gesture to his boss. Maybe she wasn't suppose to work. I don't know! However, unlike the cashier on New Years he didn't talk until he was finished with me. And he was super young! No explanation. No effort to move things along. Just one long line of people standing there like idiots while nothing happened. This is basic retail management and somehow it's still a disaster here. It's AD 2026 and this store still runs a system like it's 1985. After 20 minutes of watching absolutely nothing happen, I literally threw the items I was holding onto the counter where the cashier was and stormed out. Only then did the manager suddenly decide to react and come after me. Completely unacceptable customer service and total disregard for anyone waiting in line. By the way, their fabric section sucks. After describing the poufs we'd spotted on their website, we were escorted into the warehouse and shown the samples we'd come to see--were able to browse more beautiful inventory that filled the shelves--and were introduced to other members of the Casablanca Marketing family, who ultimately oversaw the preparation of our order. Sitting at home writing this review (with my feet propped up on one of our new poufs), I couldn't be happier with the service we received--and looking forward to our next visit to Casablanca Market (an entirely woman-owned business). The ruffle tiered dress I admit I paid more than I wanted to but Google came to the rescue and I saw several original retail prices and I found it over $ 100.00 brand new so I decided to splurge and purchase the dress. Service I can't comment on because I usually don't ask for help and there is self checkout available. But I don't know if my last encounter with customer service I should be flattered or insulted. I was checking out my items and the lady that was working at the front thought I was stealing my OWN jacket that I came in wearing! By then, many of the best items have already been picked over, which makes it really difficult to shop. I enjoy shopping here and understand that opening times can sometimes change, but I would really appreciate it if the information given over the phone matched the actual opening time. Accurate hours would help customers plan their visits and have a fair chance at finding good items.

This bed was barely used. No jumping, no misuse -- just normal use. A bunk bed should not structurally fail like this after just over a year. This is not wear and tear, it's a serious defect. The most concerning part is the safety risk. If my child had been on the bottom bunk at the time, this could have caused a serious injury. What's even more frustrating is that Living Spaces refused to help because we are just a few months outside of the one-year warranty. Hiding behind a warranty when a children's bed collapses like this is unacceptable. This is not just poor quality, it's dangerous. And the lack of accountability makes it worse. I would not trust this product or this company.
