I love Kirkland's. I bought a painting from this store a long time ago. Loved it so much. It ended up getting damaged in one of my moves. I loved it though. Great quality too. This time, I was on the hunt for some home decor. They had a couple couches, some tables and some random furniture pieces. In the back of the store, there's tons of paintings and wall art. So many to pick from! Great selection really. The store is very clean. Good customer service. Some things were a good value and other things were not. My husband and I will be back though. I have been here a few times and always amazed at the variety of their items for sale. Today I found a lot of bridal decor as well as seashore collection. Upon entry you can smell the various candles and room spray scents. It is very inviting and relaxing feeling. Service was good. There was a sale on outdoor pillows so we got some for our outdoor pool furniture. Will be back here when I ever need candles! read more

One of my favorite stores but wasn't too keen on poor customer service from my visit on 9/13/2025. The manager recognized me waiting to check out but instead she asked me to wait until she was finished her morning training duties with her staff whom I assume were new hires. Nevertheless, customers do come first, at least that's how I was always taught. it won't stop me from shopping there but just gave me pause to remind myself that patience is a virtue. read more

Only real issue I have is they closed the Kirkland's close to me. Now we have to drive to Elsinore since it's the closest. Great store though. Especially if your into the shabby chic, distressed, cottage feel. We always buy more than we intend to- every time! We've got throw pillows, wall art, picture frames, small furniture, general decor. Wow, just when I though all was lost losing Pier One imports... I stumbled upon this little gem in the IE! I fell in love with Kirkland's as soon as I stepped in. I have to say, I thought I was in Pier One for a second and had to ask someone the name of the store again. But... I feel the pricing here is a little less expensive than the old Pier one with just as amazing home finds! Everything from candles, wall decor, furnishings, and floral, it's all gorgeous! What an amazing store! We're new to the area and out of curiosity popped in due to the name (we're originally from Kirkland, WA.), we fell in love with everything in the store. So many great products to decorate your home. Love that they have lots of seasonal options as well. Not knowing how to decorate the new house, we were immediately inspired by all of the things they sell plus they have the best sales. Everyone there is awesome! They are always very helpful, so friendly, professional and go above and beyond. We're so happy with our furniture, home decor and even down to the great smelling candles and soft cozy blankets. Definitely a feel good store. We can't stopping sharing with everyone what a wonderful store this is and to have it ran by a truly great team of individuals is a blessing to have in our own backyard. If your house in designed with a "Modern Farmhouse" look, then you MUST check out Kirkland's! They have some of the nicest home décor stuff I can find. Their prices can be on the higher side, however they have sales quite often. I found this large picture I liked, and the staff gave me 20% off. I would classify Kirkland's in between Pier 1 imports and Hobby Lobby. Their staff was super friendly and eager to help. Thanks Kirkland! read more

Stopped by looking for a pouf that coordinates with my couch. We've been shopping around for the right look. As soon as we walked into Kirkland there's an overwhelming potpourri smell, not a great start for us. No one greeted us like they greeted the other customers or thanked us as we left so that was awkward. There were some cute chairs and even poufs but seriously overpriced for the quality. The $300+ counter stool on display wobbled. Also seemed like most of the products are farmhouse style. My recommendation is that for slightly more $ you can make your purchase at Crate&Barrel or Pottery Barn for better quality. Wanted to like the store, but it's not worth it. read more

This place used to be my favorite. I traveled from Murrieta to Lake Elsinore yesterday. I had my list of all the things I wanted to buy. I needed about 10 items from this store for our Family's annual white elephant event. It did NOT happen as I was thrown into an EPI-PEN type of allergic frenzy.... This store yesterday hit me from every possible angle. It reeks of potpourri and candles and perfumes and whatever else they're cooking in there to chase people right out the door. It's horrible!!! I will not return. I've been coming to this store for years and years. I have seen several posts requesting that they turn down the volume on their fragrances. In fact, it's stronger now. What good are YELP reviews if the companies do not try to accommodate their customers? It stinks! The air circulation and ventilation DOES NOTHING to assist on breathing. I am sure I was not the only one that was thrown into this almost siezuristic allergic frenzy. I am still not recovered and have had my head on ice, since yesterday. Impossible!! Went in today 9-29-2022 at 1:30pm and the Lady at the register didn't acknowledge or welcome us. But then another two people walked in the door and she said hello and welcomed them. She saw I was there and she looked right at me dead in the eyes and turned her head. Very poor customer service. Felt like she was discriminating me. Will not recommend this store or be back.This store needs to be taught proper customer service. read more

For a long time this was the closest Kirklands Home store to me (in Moreno Valley)... well, now we have a kirklands a few miles from my home but I still like this location best. Truth is it has a larger selection than my store; especially the wall decor selection is nicer here. The guy working here this morning was friendly but other female employees were not as friendly nor helpful. They just seemed busy; even when it was time to pay for my goodies I stood and waited for them to finish their discussion about how the set up was going to be. I wasn't in a hurry or upset by this. Just a reality. All the green tag sales were an EXTRA percent off so that was a nice perk today. Plus hey had THE outdoor rug I came for; so I'm a happy buyer. I would blow a good majority of my pay check here if I could. They've got great stuff for gifts and home furnishings. Also I've been finding a lot of great supplies for my wedding thats happening in the fall of this year. They also constantly are having sales! Just left this store and can I just say I received the BEST service from Debbie and Maegan. We were looking for an additional wall art frame since they only had 2 and Maegan was nice enough to stay on hold for at least 5 minutes with the other store so they can place it on hold. Also my husband ended up forgetting his Kirkland's card and they were also kind enough to call customer service to retrieve it. Have shopped Kirklands for quite a few years. Visited the store in Lake Elsinore the day it opened after COVID-19 restrictions were lifted. The manager and staff were very mindful of social distancing and such. They were all very helpful and the items carried in the store caused me to buy way too much! I went into this Kirkland's store today for the first time and thought I had received the best service I even gave great review. They didn't have a product and the manager Samantha said she went out of her way to call the Chino store to put one on hold. She told me to give them her name and that when I got there everything would be all set and there waiting on me. When I got there to the Chino store they had no clue what I was talking about. The manager there sorry forgot name , he asked all employees there and no one received call and he even called morning opening manager and she never got a phone call. So it appears she fibbed. The manger at Chino even called This store spoke to Samantha who stood by what she said to me but the manager at Chino was like sorry you never called here. So he got off the phone and apologized for my extreme inconvenience and long drive and they were willing to give me a discount on something for my inconvenience. They called the Fontana store for me and they had the product. The Chino manager-explained the whole situation and they assured me if I drove way out to Fontana this product would be here at Fontana and it was. Love this store, the decor items and cleanliness. Don't love the overpowering smell of deodorizer scents when I walk through the door, it's just too strong! I literally have to do my shopping quickly and hurry out before I get a bout of nausea and a headache, so does my husband. Other than that, lol, I do like Kirklands. read more

We purchased a picture from Kirkland less than a year ago and the picture fell off the wall. The manufacture had installed a small screw on the frame and attached a wire to them for hanging. We returned the picture to Kirkland in Lake Elsinore and showed them the faulty installation. We asked if they could replace the picture as we liked it but we were informed that it was discontinued and that if we read the disclaimer on the back of the picture which stated,believe this, that the picture was not to be hung by the installed wire. They then offered us a $5.00 refund which we had to spend in the store on the same day we received it. We obviously took the picture back with us to try and figure out how we can hang the picture. The frame is thin plastic so another wire or new screws is impossible to install due to the fragile frame. We will never purchase another item from Kirkland again. Enough said about customer relations. read more
