I am deeply disappointed with the Hemet Superstore. I started shopping on line with Walmart during…read morethe Covid Pandemic because they had pickup for groceries and prescriptions. I am a senior with limited income and COPD. I stayed with them after the pandemic was over. Since then I had to move my prescriptions because they stopped pickup. I took my prescriptions to the San Jacinto Supercenter because they have drive thru pharmacy. A few months ago they took down the shade for the cars in Pickup. Then they reduced the number of spaces for pickup. Today, in 97 degree heat I watched the employees bring out trays of 10-20 blue boxes at a time and set them under a shade. When I left there were still stacks of 20-30 boxes that were not picked up. I stopped ordering ice cream because it was melted by the time it got to my car, never mind the 30 drive home to put it in the freezer. I ordered fresh chicken on my purchase today. Had I been late to pick up I would be worried about salmonella. I have been buying my groceries there for 6 years. I am going somewhere else for groceries. My life is worth more than Walmart thinks. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Don't believe me, take a look at the bathroom the store in general and even the concrete on the exterior. It reminds me of what Kmart looked like before they failed. Other Target stores I've gone to in other cities have been remodeled with nice displays and lighting. If they continue to ignore this store in Hemet, it too will fail. Give the customer a good place to shop and they will come back. I wish them luck. We dont need another abandoned building in town.

These pictures were taken on a Saturday and the attendance here was abysmal. Hemet Valley Mall is a reminder of how city officials have failed the citizens of this town and refuse to bring in and support new businesses. The city said they would put a second story, never happened. They also said they'd build a new iteration of this mall a couple miles away, never happened. Here we are years later and nothing has improved nor happened. It's a damn shame that this mall was remodeled as some of the last surviving businesses NEED support but the city is not given these hard workers the time of day. The main businesses that are popping are Hobby Lobby, Magic Brow, Hot Topic, and JCPenney, that's it. Yes, not even Claire's is bringing people in. Years ago, when people still had hope in expanding or getting a "new mall" this mall was pretty busy... not anymore. It's depressing coming in here and the fact that malls are on their way out in certain parts of America, doesn't help this awful situation. I will never totally hate on this mall as I've had good times during community college here and it's super clean. The restrooms here are a lifesaver! If you're in Hemet I will not discourage coming as there's businesses to be supported. However, I want to be honest with you about the current climate of this mall. Oh and you can find good deals every so often!

The young floor attendant ensured everyone in the store got one, she was walking across the store looking for customers to include. Additionally, she helped a confused customer who lost a valuable. I was certainly impressed with the quality of customer service at Hemet's JCPenney! This is one of the best stores at the Hemet Valley Mall. There's a good selection of clothing for kids and women. I personally wasn't thrilled this time with the men's inventory. However, I've bought great button-ups at this location before.

I believe they're hoping that people just use self check out so that they don't have to hire more employees, but it's not gonna happen with me.
