Because my friend was so happy with the quality and workmanship, I decided this was the company I wanted to use. From day one of contacting G&M, they were nothing but friendly, responsive, and answered all the questions I had prior to starting my kitchen remodel. Wing came to my house to take measurements and created a floor plan that best suited the size and layout of my kitchen. Wing was amazing throughout, always answering the phone and clearly explaining anything I had questions about. They work incredibly fast! Once my kitchen was prepped: new paint and drywall, I called Wing to let her know I was ready to begin. She immediately scheduled her workers, had all the materials in stock, and the entire job was completed in just two quick days, unheard of! I had an owner complain about countertops that I installed that were not the same color and when I went to the store, they refused to even help unless I brought in the physical pieces even after I showed them multiple photos of the discoloration ... after I left and came back with the countertops that were left over, they spent an hour wasting my time looking at the different countertops and ultimately agreeing with me that the colors were not the same... Despite agreeing with me, one of the managers called somebody and spoke with me briefly on the phone and refused to acknowledge swapping the countertop out, the best they could do is 50% off to buy a new piece , which I feel like is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was already out on the labor to install the countertop and the bare minimum I requested to at least swap them out to get the correct color , not only today, but they were also laughing and making jokes in a foreign language... and then walking away, laughing and smirking. What a completely disrespectful and unprofessional establishment. Also the prices are not the best, you will find better elsewhere.... We were in a pinch because the quartz we wanted from another store was sold out and we needed it…read moreASAP. The owner was very responsive when we called him in the morning and were looking to come check out his inventory. He was quite accommodating when we sent him a photo of what we were looking for and sent back pictures of everything he had that looked similarly. When we arrived to take a look at the pieces he had, it was a little tough to view since everything was hidden away and stacked upon each other. But we had to leave quickly, so we went ahead and put in an order. The prices are reasonable and competitive with another wholesaler in the area, but you do need a contractor license to get these prices. Make sure you double check before paying since we ended up paying for an extra slab that we didn't want, but I suppose there was a miscommunication on how many we needed. Where the issue was was when our contractor picked up the slabs a week or so later and brought them back to get installed. We discovered a slab was stained already. When we called the owner to get a refund, he came to try to remove the stain and after he was unsuccessful, wouldn't even do us the service of taking the slab back and giving us a refund. He said we had to take it back to be returned. We relied on our contractor to take the slab back to get returned, but we didn't end up returning it due to an issue with our project, so I can't say how that process turned out, but am still miffed about the lack of service on their part.

Well, I ended up receiving a countertop with a bunch of little worm looking lines!!!! Unfortunately the stone was installed and I had to change my backsplash because of the countertop. I spoke to Karol the lady that took my order, then I spoke to the Manager I believe his name is George. They gave me excuses, she said the display is standing up so it looks different than when it is laying flat!!!! He said that the stone in the display show room is years old and the newer stone that they receive is slightly different. IT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!! If you purchase their stone DONT PICK FROM THE DISPLAY SHOWROOM pick from the warehouse crates. I had to change my backsplash design because of them false advertising the showroom display vs what you will actually receive.
