They were both women and were very comfortable with us being a female couple and really helping us find toys we could mutually use. They were not shy and made the entire experience fun and comfortable. This place has a huge selection and is two full floors and of fun and sexy. We appreciated the female staff and how clean the place was. It's clear they focus on cleanliness and that's important to us. It's well lit, not seedy and very inviting. We ended up buying a Womanizer and a double ended toy and we look forward to trying them tonight. Our money was well spent and we feel we got at excellent value. There was a simple mix up about which location she had called, so I asked two sales associates for help finding the items so I could make my purchase and leave. Instead of helping, both employees acted like I was an inconvenience. One associate remained on the phone and spoke negatively about me while I was standing in the store. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Rather than providing even the most basic level of customer service, they chose to ignore me and gossip about a customer. When I realized I wasn't going to get any assistance, I decided to leave. To make matters worse, one of the associates actually expected me to apologize for asking them to do their job. I've never experienced anything so ridiculous in a retail store. This business seriously needs to reevaluate its customer service standards. Employees who treat customers with contempt should not be representing the store. Between the overcrowded, frustrating parking situation and the rude, dismissive staff, there is absolutely no reason to shop here, especially with the prices they charge. I will not be back, and I certainly will not recommend this store to anyone. There are plenty of businesses that appreciate their customers. This is not one of them.
